  1. Exactly range 4.4, plus half a ship length if using the 1bank/3bank to go to a total of 4.6 You can even jam a little further since Slicers let you assign a jam token to a ship in R1 of that first jammed ship. I think the math would work out to just shy of range 6.

  3. There was a thread from a while back about two SF's + 1 here. A lot of good ideas in it. Most people didn't like OL with the SF's because of the firepower issue.
  4. I've been flying double/triple Wookies for about 5 months. I think the biggest list building mistake is only putting expertise/tactician on them. Don't get me wrong, tactical wookies is really strong. But with six crew slots and three EPT's you have enormous flexibility to tailor the list to any meta. I felt particularly at a disadvantage when facing double/triple harpoon lists and after switching things up a bit (selflessness/maul/ezra on one wookie) I have yet to lose to a harpoon list. Around here it seemed Poe was in 3/4 of all lists at one point so swap in HSCP and these all turned into near auto-wins. Surprise those guys that are teching against you. The wookies can stand up to it!
  5. I've been using Ezra with Inspiring Recruit, Elusiveness, and R3-A2 fairly successfully. It doesn't deal the double stress but he's incredibly survivable and still keeps a ship stressed which is still an advantage. He also removes his stress each round to be able to toss out coordinates like candy since he doesn't need a focus for defense. With the 4 extra points you could do a lot. I personally love plasma torps and VI on Keyan to strip shields off Miranda's, VCX, YV, Palp Shuttles, etc. and Fenn can't stop a fully mod shot with them.
  6. My wife and I visited friends in Oxford a while ago and traveled throughout UK on the rail network and were impressed with how good it was. Now you're telling me it's the worst of the lot?! Goes to show how bad, and lacking, our mass transit is here in the US.
  7. That's amazing. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and we had 2 within a 3-4 hour drive (one way). The next closest I believe were 8, 9, 11, and 13 hour drives. Just curious, how many of you folks in Europe take time off work to attend distant tournaments? With just 10 days off (typical for US) per year I don't spend any for travel time on tournaments, it all goes to family. I believe in Europe more common is 20-30 days off and people would most likely be more willing to take an odd day off for travel to/from tournaments.

I don't know that it's any better than what you already have. Ideally Vessery gets "double duty" out of Vynders TL, Vynder poons something, then the Omega triggers it with ASTS. Also, at least for me, Vessery tends to draw more aggro away from Vynder (more so than QD) so he lives longer.
  9. After about 20 games under my belt with Wullff I have to say I'm not a big fan. I don't think he makes up the extra points over a Liberator in the long haul. If you're set on Wullff I'd consider Selflessness. It is going to really help keep Low or Ezra alive, trigger Wullff's ability, and/or make people target him first to also trigger his ability. You could use the points to change Intel to Rey and Ezra's VI to Snapshot. You're slightly more susceptible to Fenn but with all the stress it should only be one round and then he's double/triple stressed.
  10. If it doesn't have to be square/rectangular then a 48" round makes a nice bbq/gaming table. It holds a 36x36 playmat with small but sufficient space leftover for templates and such. Legs fold in and the table folds in half with a handle for easy storage. Feel like I just gave a commercial but, hey, it works!
  11. I always reinforce. The VT are great for flying through/around rocks, and the 3-bank/4-straight plus a BR to get out of range is nice too. In general if shots are being fired I reinforce and only use Fenn's PS11 coordinate for the BR.   12. I went to a tourney last weekend. There was a restriction for no more than two of one type of ship so I abandoned my triple wookies for 2 wookies+Fenn. I had been wanting to try out VT on wookies so I dropped Wullff down to a liberator and put VT on the 'tucks. Ended up with this: Fenn Rau (Sheathipede) (20) Veteran Instincts (1), Hotshot Co-pilot (4), Flight-Assist Astromech (1) Lowhhrick (28) Predator (3), Rey (2), C-3PO (3), Vectored Thrusters (2) Wookiee Liberator (26) Selflessness (1), Ezra Bridger (3), Maul (3), Vectored Thrusters (2) Total: 99 View in Yet Another Squad Builder My only loss was at the top table in the last round. It came down to a crazy last shot where we both ended up bumping his large base ship (me to avoid being shot by it and him to keep arc). My opponent rolled natty hits with unmodified dice on my 3 hull liberator to finish it off for the win. Net damage compared to having Wullff in the list was higher. I could frequently BR into R1 for some great shots or out to R3 for 2 greens + focus with Low. In general, PS11 coordinate for a BRing 180 arc was just crazy fun. When I flew Wullff variants there were some matches where Wullff's ability never triggered. Those points for Wullff were wasted in those matches but VT were always helpful.
  13. This is just my personal preference, but without C3P0 for Norra I'd much rather have R2-D2 on Poe. I'd put another Flight-Assist Astromech on Norra so you can potentially boost and then coordinate a PS11 barrel roll with Fenn. With the freed up point I'd go with Autothrusters on Poe and no bid.
  14. I've been trying out an economy class Norra with VI, Rey, FAA, and title. She's not as survivable without R2D2 or C3P0. But for only 33pts she hits hard, is quite maneuverable (PS9 has been great), and plenty of pts left for rest of list.
