  1. To expand on this: A turret arc is defined in the rules reference as "the standard arc that the turret arc indicator is pointing toward". So when you have a bowtie indicator, you have two different turret arcs.
  2. Alongside the release of Wave 3, the rule reference was updated with the definitions of Remotes, Solitary and Strain among others. Let's have faith in FFG and hope that a similar update will come with Wave 4.
  3. Actually this may be the reason why they do not use the term "executed maneuver". An official definition of "revealed maneuver" is still missing.
  4. Indeed. It is just another input as the card translators may have communicated with the game developers to clear up some ambiguities.
  5. The preview article was just published in French. It contains an interesting difference: which roughly translates to: Ric Olié uses the speed of the Royal Naboo N-1, rolling an additionnal die in attack or defense when having a speed indicated on his dial higher than its adversary. The pilot card itself was not part of the French article.
  6. After the N-1 Naboo Starfighter preview you have two pilots with habilities depending on the revealed maneuver. So far, so good. But there is also a new droid: So imagine Ric Olié reveals a 2 straight, then changes it to a 3 straight. Does its "revealed maneuver" to consider for his hability is the 2 straight he revealed or the 3 straight his dial now displays ? People have very definitive opinions on the article thread but I can not find a definitive answer in the rules.

    "Null" and setup

IMHO, setup is part of the game so card texts affect the game state. In v1, Veteran Instinct was affecting ships during setup.
  8. Are you sure ? I would consider that Missile and Torpedoes upgrades are cards that grant you a firing arc.
  9. If I had four lambdas: Lambda-class T-4a Shuttle - •Colonel Jendon - 51 •Colonel Jendon - Darth Vader’s Shuttle Pilot (46) Jamming Beam (2) ISB Slicer (3) Lambda-class T-4a Shuttle - •Lieutenant Sai - 52 •Lieutenant Sai - Death Squadron Veteran (47) Jamming Beam (2) ISB Slicer (3) Lambda-class T-4a Shuttle - Omicron Group Pilot - 48 Omicron Group Pilot - (43) Jamming Beam (2) ISB Slicer (3) Lambda-class T-4a Shuttle - Omicron Group Pilot - 48 Omicron Group Pilot - (43) Jamming Beam (2) ISB Slicer (3) Total: 199/200 View in the X-Wing Squad Builder (Jendon for his initiative value)
  10. This ! and the dice. (Yes, I was stupid...)
  11. Sure there are probably dozens of better lists than this one. I posted it just because of the fun combo at VP7 thanks to Heightened Perception. Actually, this trick is Empire-only (for once). http://xwing-miniatures-second-edition.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Force_Capable_Pilots
  12. Well, actually you are right till september 28th. Then the new rules v1.0.2 with a change explicitly forbidding it will be effective.
