On the subject of Heroes of Terrinoth, almost all the artwork is recycled from other Terrinoth games (Runewars and Descent mostly). In fact, I think the class card art might be almost all the original art in the game. But that‘s a minor point. I too am concerned this game will quietly die and we will never see the act 2 and 3 expansions.

I’m partway through the stream and I really do like what I’ve seen except for the art. The character art is very jarring. I’m actually okay with the tile art. Edit: OH NO! They’re talking about successes... I hate checks...

The gameplay actually sounds very intriguing. But the character and item artwork is a massive barrier. Although the 3D terrain is growing on me if they can keep the fiddliness to a minimum.

I will be watching the stream, but the artwork is making me very glad I have a complete 2e collection.

The artwork is incredibly disappointing. Incredibly disappointing. I know there was a style shift from 1e to 2e but that looks like a comic book.

Whatever the rules are, I am really looking forwards to seeing some sweet new custom dice.

The side of the box revealed during the livestream sure looks like it says “A co-op board game of dungeon delving adventure”, so I’m not getting my hopes up.
