  1. If you're adding a focus with the laser targeting and changing that result to a hit with a Force/focus token, then predictive shot isn't doing much for you right? Because it's based on the number of hits or crits you have, so ships are still likely to have up to three green dice to roll. Though I guess it's nice for when you don't get that bullseye arc. I just don't know if I want to spend a Force on that when he's already potentially spending one to reposition and another for his pilot ability.
  2. I think that's the idea behind predictive shot. Two dice vs two dice works in the attacker's favor. However, Ashoka a) having a bullseye and b) having a force to spare is going to be unlikely when you combine her initiative and pilot ability. I'd almost lean toward Synchronized Console on her. Spend her target lock to give one of the other ships a target lock.
  3. This is usually the case. Start reinforcing with him and keep him close enough to the others to coordinate actions. Jam isn’t a terrible choice either if someone has a TL on him or another ship. If you haven’t tried Adv Optics on Kylo, I highly recommend. As for QD, I like Fanatical because once that third (or fourth) shield goes, she only gets stronger. Elusive is not an upgrade I care for because it doesn’t automatically work, even though it can be helpful.

  5. Not when they already have access to a post-maneuver boost/barrel roll that doesn’t take away their standard action. And a droid that lets you do it after a red manauver for less points than afterburners.
  6. I'm glad @theBitterFig found the rules reference. No arguments from me. But an app that can make upgrades and points dependent on other factors, I can't imagine this being difficult if they wanted to change the rules. That's why the app exists: to adapt and add variables.
  7. I've noticed in the official app that adding the Delta 7B title, which lowers your agility, doesn't affect the cost of adding a shield/hull upgrade. Is that because it's still part of the list building step? I feel like if you're taking the title to lower your agility it should make those upgrade cheaper.

  9. I just... don't care for Mace Windu. 3 force tokens is super great. But the ability just don't work for me. How many times are you taking red maneuvers in a game? 2-4 max? And are you always going to recover a Force charge when you do? Maybe. I like Luminara a little better. Sure, the defender can still spend a focus/calculate/force to make the changed result back to a hit, but that means spending a token they can't save for the missiles.
  10. That's a really good thought actually. And if you keep Plo close, he can pull the disarm off Anakin if Anakin still ends up with a better shot than Plo that round.
  11. Valid concern. I guess the hope/idea is to fly this list vs the Separatists who will have a lot of lower I swarm approaches. But yeah, against Resistance Aces or something like that, it's going to be challenging to find the right time for the first engagement.
  12. Except they have better initiative, better abilities, and more force tokens than A-Wings. Those are major distinctions.
  13. Yeah that’s my concern. Plo and Obi can help out by using a focus to keep a Force or so in tact instead of depleting their charges every turn. Let’s also not forget this is a list of I6, I5, and I5 pilots who can take potentially multiple actions per turn.
  14. Right, the transfer doesn’t count as spending it, but who he’s transferring it to likely will.
  15. I5 and I6 pilots who can boost or barrel roll after their manauver should not have problems lining up bullseye arcs. Also Plo and Obi-Wan work well together.

  17. Yeah, should probably go Clusters over concussion now that I look at it. I still like Ashoka over Obi-Wan though because she can use her ability on odd ball and then battle meditation on the generics. I dropped the config because she’s likely to not have and force tokens to spend the added focus into a hit and I needed a few points to spare.   18. My initial idea of a 4-ship Republic list. I'm kinda loving the idea of Syncronized Console. It creates a cascading effect of TLs. Also Concussion missiles may be really useful vs. Separatist droid lists.   20. Maybe something like this? Seevor is just solid and 4-LOM is annoying. Forcing blue maneuvers may help your Loks determine where their arcs should be.   23. Calibrated Laser Targeting is pretty much an auto-include on Bariss. Adding a focus to your bullseye attack then getting to spend a force to change it to a crit hit.
  24. In one list? I highly doubt it. That would mean each pilot would be 50 or under. The lowest Force user I can think of right now is a generic Inquisitor at i3 with one Force at 38 points. I'd expect only the generics would be under 45. But I guess we'll know this week!
