You would be shocked what people are willing to put on a board if it means walking away with exclusive plastic.

What steps do I need (example, confirmed bug that can be easly reproduced) :
Squads: P1: Corran Horn, P2: Academy Pilot
Steps: Corran Horn has activation on I0, destroys Academy Pilot by this attack.
Result: New round starts (Planning Phase), but Academy Pilot is still on board.
Expected result: Academy Pilot is removed from the board in the end of I0 attack
You can find these steps be playing hot seat mode.
Comments like "I destroyed a ship, but it stays on the board" don't help me. I need to know a way how to reproduce a problem.

Here's my custom Battle of Scarif scenario.

The terrain is made from fabric and plastic grass.  I wanted it to be inexpensive and practical yet still thematic.  I don't like my terrain getting in the way of gameplay so I use a lot of 2D and 2.5D stuff in my games.  The trees are just there for aesthetics and can be moved out of the way if needed.
The objective is for the Rebel U-Wings to deploy troops at any of the black landing pads, survive long enough for them to infiltrate the base and capture the Death Star plans, then return to pick them up and escape the play area.
Imperials get a 100pt squad consisting of Tie-Reapers and Tie-Strikers (or era appropriate ships).  They also get 11 Stormtroopers and two AT-ATs that can attack Rebel ships and troops infiltrating the bases.  The Stormtroopers (represented by 6-sided dice) are divided among the three bases.
Rebels get a 120pt squad consisting of U-Wings and X-Wings (or era appropriate ships).  They also get 8 troops that are divided among the U-Wings.
A U-Wing that performs a 0 speed maneuver while in Landing position at a landing pad can deploy any number of troops.  At the end of the Combat phase the Rebel player can roll a number of attack dice equal to the number of troops at the base.  The Imperial player rolls a number of defense dice equal to the number of Stormtroopers at the base.  Red focus results are changed to hits.  Green focus results are changed to either evades or hits.  Evades cancel red hits.  Red crits cannot be canceled.  Any remaining hits or crits reduce the number of Troops/Stormtroopers at the base.  When there are no remaining Stormtroopers, the Rebels have captured the Death Star plans.  When there are no remaining Rebel troops, well... Game over.
A U-Wing that performs a 0 speed maneuver while in Landing position at a landing pad can pickup troops that have captured the plans and must then escape any edge of the play area chosen by the Imperial player.  If all U-Wings are destroyed, well... Game over.
AT-ATs move very slowly, less than 1 speed maneuver.  During it's activation it may place a Target Lock on the play area at range 2-3.  At the end of the Combat phase it may move the lock to any Rebel ship within rage 1 of where it was placed, then make a 2 dice attack against that ship at range 2-3.  Instead it may choose to attack Rebel troopers at a base at range 2-3.  In this case, the Stormtroopers simply get 1 extra green die added to its pool.  AT-ATs have 4 Hull, 0 Shields, 0 Evade and take 1 damage for every 2 hits or 1 crit.
I had intended to give the Imperial player unlimited generic Tie-Striker reinforcements, but it was not needed.  The Rebels lost.  I may have to try balancing this a little more.
    Any suggestions?

the first order barely exists in the new films and media. with such a bare bones presence, no backstory and minimal worldbuilding,  Disney hasnt given FFG anything to pull from yet. its like making cloud city police a faction

I love playing those lists (Advanced Ailerons is a way of life ) and they are firmly in the "ok" category but they just flat out aren't as good as 2xi6 + things.
Mainly because ship counts are dropping closer to 3-4 and High Init gets to definitely shoot and to movement cheat a bit more.
Vader Vermiel Countdown Hask is to wholesome for Hyperspace now. Republic, Soontir, and B-Wings have escalated the power level beyond its reach.
Rule of 2.5 and I am paraphrasing here just means you will face on average about that # of "meta" lists in Swiss. Rest will be random decent things.

    Thoughts on Hyperspace:
Rule of 2.5 - Not sure which Australian invented this rule, but its true. You face a definite mix of unknown and known lists in Swiss.  5 Resistance As will have a lot less room for Upgrades after the next pt adjust.  Two Resistance 4 Ship Lists still seem perfectly fine for this meta ( Quad 5s, Poe + 2i5s + 1 ) Empire now has 2 legitimate Archetypes for the format. Tie Swarm and Vader/Soontir+ ( Not Tie Salad ) Tie Swarms are not popular but they are occasionally used and do ok. This is their "end-state".  High Init Torps + Leia are difficult but possible to avoid. Its remarkable how much "safe space" on the board White K-Turns remove, along with how much pressure it puts on the damage race. Republic is as good as I thought it would be. Take at least 1 7b 3 Force Jedi and go. You will win games because of High Init, High Mobility, High HP, and Passive Modification.   Republic Beef is also at minimum Swiss worthy. Joust + Rear Arcs + High Hp = Fine and basically what Leia does.  Rebel Beef is excellent but my perception is that players are getting "bored" of running it.   Han is great in hyperspace to and might benefit from slightly lower ship counts.  First Order is solid but not over-powered. Several First Order ships are pretty good but none of them are S-Tier or in need of pt increases.  Scum, I would be comfortable taking Fenn/Guri/Old T or Fenn/4 Zealous or Boba+ to a Trial if the goal is just to get dice.   General Hyperspace Trials:
With Practice and Clear Decision making you can still take almost anything "logical" and make cut. There are a ton of logical lists. Many of which are not in the data or being tracked at all which is funny because its a "smaller" card pool.  Im not talking about Snowflake Jank, just well optimized lists with High Init pieces or Beefy low init lists from almost any of the factions.

Snap Shot is a front arc attack so the target has to be in the front arc in Range 2. Still useful, just not out the ***.

I agree.  Rian was a terrible idea.  The biggest problem Star Wars has at the moment is a lack of one creative executive with a team of competent advisors guiding the story arc.
The best thing they can do now is just stop mutilating our favourite characters and tell a completely new story.  Solo without Lando, Han or Chewie would have been better, and things like Mandalorian seem like a good move.  I’d rather risk three standalone movies from three different directors than the current formula of train-wreck trilogies.

Luke's monologue seems to indicate that there will finally be a satisfying explanation as to Rey's sudden growth in power. Ya know, something that makes sense in universe, as opposed to "The force just makes an enemy for you to battle when you gain force powers. If you get stronger so does this rando. The force is cheeky like that." That explanation from TLJ is just transparently lazy.
From what little dialogue there is in the trailer, it sounds like ghost Luke and probably Yoda and the other ghosts from the end of ROTJ actually trained her between films. Either that or she's the force Avatar a la Last Airbender, meaning she's connected to the Jedi that came before her, and can therefore access their wisdom and strength when needed. The second one definitely sounds new for Star Wars and could be interesting, but the first would be just fine as well since it fits what we already know about the setting.
I just really hope there is an actual sense of time passing in this movie. TLJ feels like it picks up like 2-3 days after the destruction of Star Killer at most. I can't think of a single other movie in the series that picks up so quickly after the last movie. I feel like losing that passage of time did a huge disservice to this trilogy. The FO lose their most important super weapon but still have the military might to crush the Resistance, and apparently conquer the majority of the galaxy with little effort. It paints them as comically overpowered, despite them supposedly not being the ones in power when the trilogy began. Time passing also helps us with the scale of the universe. A war that ends in a week would not have the same impact as the years of struggle that played out in the OT.
I wont board the Hype Train for this one, but I wont try to derail it either. Here's hoping that Abrams can make this one both fun, and an actual Star Wars movie.
