    Who cares about the Ghost - is that a Bubba Feets K-Wing in the background?

    Ya there's a Lil splash of green on it just so I can tell it apart. I don't like how the K-wing turned out I might throw some dirt on it just like the Ghost.

    I've gotten into the game in the last month.  I've done a ton of research, but I've actively avoided trying to find list ideas online until now.  I have a buddy who is playing Scum, and he's just rolling me on a regular basis...to the point that I feel like I'm on the run all the time and not having any fun.  I guess I just suck at list building, and likely at fly as well.

     

    So, I'm hoping the community here can give me some hope.  You're my only hope, X-Wing community!  For those willing, can you show me some list ideas given my collection?  Also, please give me an idea of how you would fly that list?  The only caveats here is that I don't want to buy anything else for now and we don't want to proxy.  I'd consider HotR, but really don't want to pick up an Epic for C-3P0 or R5-P9, or StarVipers for Autothrusters, etc.  I know there are some pretty standard upgrades in other packs, but I have to stop the wallet-bleeding.  Thanks in advance!

    Fly the low ps in an offset box swarm. Flank with Poe and dodge arcs using bb8 barrel roll and boost.

    Poe with bb8 and PTL is a ton of fun. Add a Y-wing with an ion turret to deal with Fen Rau. Throw a B-wing and an A-wing to finish it off.

    Also I know you said you're watching your wallet but get a K-wing next. It is in my opinion the funnest ship in the game. To be able to do a three bank followed by another 3 bank and then drop a conner net on an unexpected foe all in the same turn is a pure joy.

    Is it just me or is each wave just oozing with more and more unnecessary complexities? Are they out of ideas for simple upgrades. For ezample VI and FCS. I have most of the ships and just play casually with friends. I worry as each new wave comes out my friends will lose interest in playing due to all these complexities of the new waves. Thoughts?

    Hi guys. Thanks to some helpfull responsis i have a good idea of how to start the barrier i can see in front of me is cards.

    For instance i can see my self needing 2 tlt but as i intend to play scum i dont fancy buying 2 k wings. So what do you guys do. Do you say the rules are on the list builder so thats enough? Do you buy just what you need from an after market source or do you just say i will never own tlt?

    Do yourself a favor and buy a K-wing. It is in my opinion the funnest ship in the game to fly. Watching your opponents face when you bomb them from a mile away with an advanced SLAM is priceless.

    I don't care how un-competitive it is... I do want to see how wide a wingspread can be fit into a list.

     

    well, the K and ARC are both pretty kick ass as long as you avoid the singular annoyance of torp scouts, so you don't have to worry about em being competitive

     

    just keep your fingers crossed for the U. Large base is concerning, given the standard set by the other two ships (which seems like they might actually be bigger than the U :blink: )

    They look pretty good to me. Cassian has some good stats and is fairly cheap at 27 points. For 30 points you can park that thing forever and just do 0 speed U turns and gain target locks with Hera Crew and FCS.

    If you throw Ion projectors on that sucker you could stick somebody in place essentially for ever especially if the dice decide to hate them. Would make for fun troll bumping if nothing else.

    May have been answered before but what is your opinion on a 4 point upgrade value....  Chewbacca or R2D2 on the ARC.   I can do 7 points in upgrades on the Bay ARC and am trying to find the best combo.

    R2D2 (astro slot) and C3PO are amazing together. As long as you don't let yourself get focus fired you can proc both these upgrades a lot. They pay for themselves very easily. That's my experience so far.
