I got 2 Separatist Starters, one was missing a droid fighter but the other had an extra although slightly damaged (nothing a little super glue didn't fix). So out of pure dumb luck I got everything I was supposed to but their definitely seems to be issues, especially with the squadrons.

Any news on what happens to this forum?

I am with you, Discord makes me feel really old. I turn into the get off my lawn guy talking about it. Not for me. -
Munificent and Hardcell individual ships
Thrindal replied to Herr Style's topic in Star Wars: Armada
It is very good to have a backup damage deck. If you lose even one card the deck is illegal. If you are just casual I guess it doesn't matter but I would put the extra damage deck in a safe place. -
FFG has been pushing and trying boost raid ever since it entered the game. So far it has been pretty ho-hum but with all the new token mechanics maybe Raid will become more viable. Gotta play to find out.

Oh, I agree its binder fodder. I really enjoyed playing Tarkin-Sovereign before the changes and new cards anyway but options were limited to some version of Tarquitens mostly. Now the options are wide open for some version of that list.

This got me thinking, why not a Squad token refresh, would hurt BT Avenger, making it have to work hard to get that refresh.

I sent him my 10 bucks yesterday 😉

I do wish I could batch delete lists but I agree it is a small price to pay. Great list builder!

It is very thematic, he is always about saving his own skin. I like the card but I don't like him on a Hardcell.

The final Clone Wars announcement article:
Thrindal replied to Formynder4's topic in Star Wars: Armada
The Transport version is well worth the points. The Battle refit seems a little expensive but with Engineering 3, Defensive Retrofit, and the Foreman's Labor Title it could be fairly tanky for a small. -
I think it is #1 for small ships like Neb's and Arquitens but I still prefer XI7 for large ships like an ISD. As I tell folks all the time if you have a chance to kill something then kill it. That is where the squadron buff comes in. Remember you can roll against the first squad and then decide if you want to use the buff or just keep on attacking other squads in the area. So roll the double initially, then OK I will buff in hopes I can just eliminate that squad. It is a nice option to have.

With all the additional squad play, and more Red Flak LTT may move into the #1 Turbolaser slot if it hadn't already.

Maybe that has more to do with the new factions and the fact that they have ships other than flotillas that can equip them? Maybe they thought that would be a problem or it was discovered in playtesting that it would be. Not everything that changes has to have been a problem in the past it may be considered to be a problem in the future.

So I am taking this as an order of operations thing. If at the end of your first move you overlap exhaust the card. This is part of the first maneuver. Now you get to the Second maneuver, card is exhausted can't do it. I guess I see the point of confusion though. I do think the intent is pretty clear, no double ramming.

My interpretation of this card is that Snipe 3 does not Stack with AI so you don't get to throw 4 dice while Sniping because Snipe 3 puts a hard cap on the Snipe. I am just looking for some consensus. I am happy to be wrong, it could be interpreted that you're AI is while attacking and Snipe is an attack so add a die but I just see Snipe 3 being a hard cap. Again, happy to be wrong.

Republic ship article #2: Ready For Battle.

Not sure how Dcaps is that great. No side blues. Just one in the front and one in the back. -

I am guessing that Clone Captain Zak will not work on the Armed Cruiser because it does not have the Clone Key word. -

OK APT change is interesting but I think if you are using the Armed Cruiser into close range hoping one black die (two if you CF) will get the crit to trigger APTs then you won't last long and might not be the best use for the ship. -
I would agree with Green Knight in that you need DCaps on those VICS you have plenty of points to make it happen. Also agree that 2 Generic TIE Int's isn't going to be any help at all. Green Knights suggestion is solid but I would also suggest going with Ciena Rea and Valen Rudor as an alternative if you really want a small squad force. They are more survivable and can probably take a couple squads with them before they are toast.

Exactly what I am thinking at the moment.

I tried to do a quick analysis. Really excited for this faction.
