I want to know something, if during a mission, the mission text is : ' If a hero is incapacited, he receive only 1 action and that action is only for a move action ' Does that mean he can't interact with mission token or terminals ? Thank you very much.

Hi everyone, We will play captured as a force mission next week and i have a question : I am the Imperial player, if a hero is incapacited before jumping into the trash compactor, that hero cannot interact with the mission token because, the mission rule said : 'When a hero withdraws, he is incapacited instead. When activating, he receives only 1 action and can only use that action to perform a move.' If i'm correct, to do an interact, it's an action right ? So, he can't interact with the red mission token. Also, the doors are locked. That heron cannot pass through doors. So, if the hero who is incapacited cannot go to the trash compactor, the mission end and the Imperial player win ? Or, is it another way for him to go to the trash compactor ? Thank you very much !
