That should not be a problem though. If you move in basecontact with a mini of the unit and displace another one or two miniatures that are not the unit leader, everything should be fine.
The displaced miniatures are first placed out of basecontact according to the displacement rules and then have to be replaced in basecontact according to the last bullet point of the melee rules on page 48 of the rules reference.

The funny* thing with Tauntauns in melee is: Tauntauns can withdraw with a full move from a hand-to-hand combat and get a Dodge. Then they can Reposition, come back to engage the same unit again, displacing them to issue a Suppression, and receive a second Dodge. Then they benefit from Ram and get two garanteed crits.
It would be soo dumb just to aim and attack as all other units in melee do! Instead of 1 Aim
you get 2 Dodge, 2 garanteed Crits, make a Suppressive attack.
And to imagine how Tauntauns always run full speed over trooper units to stomp them into the ground is ... funny.**

    * If you think it's funny may depend on your sort of humour!
** Are you still laughing? Watch your back, there comes a Tauntaun!

Cause the RR says so on p. 48 "melee" an p. 35 "displacement".

You would, regrettably, be incorrect, as confirmed previously by James Kniffen.

The dot point on spend accuracy is separate ONLY to confirm it is the default action, similar to the concept of a “standard critical effect” vs Upgrade Criticals.
Spend accuracies is still a modification - as spend is - but you don’t need an upgrade to do so.
At the same time we confirmed they are also the same timing window, so they are able to be interchanged- because otherwise you couldn’t reroll after spending accuracy results. (The veteran gunners conundrum)

Before the rules were known we played with a proxy. I houseruled that for all issues concerning deployment (being in deployment zone, where to deploy fighters) and moving you have to use the rear base. When overlapping, you redeploy squadrons touching the base that overlapped.
In my eyes it also would have been better if a SSD just ignores the effect of all obstacles. But I didn't play any of the new ones from RitR yet. But things are now as they are ...

Triangular got a reaction from Karneck in Cannot Get Your Ship Out! August Articles!
Isn't it like that: a card effect overrules  standard rules.
The Lando card says : "...you can spend 1 of your defense tokens..." That overrules acuracy effect (standard)
If the wording would be: "if you spend a defense token ..." Acuracy would block it.
Edit: Now thinking about it, you also should be able to use Lando right after "Rolling Attack Dice" before Accuracy results are spent in "Modify Dice" step.

A weird critique. The beauty of "A New Hope" was that the full richness of the story wasn't explicitly revealed but hinted at. What do we know about Obi-wan from the movie? He's just a crazy old man. We barely knew what a Jedi was. Han isn't even a scoundrel yet in that movie, but we know he can outrun the big Corellian ships (sounds good, but what are they?). Chewbacca is a walking carpet who growls with a little personality. In that movie, Han and Chewie receive about the same development as Chirrut and Baze. Somehow Chirrut and Base don't get the same love because they die, while Han and Chewie live on from their movie to get more development in a further 3 films (or more). Wouldn't it have been better to have Han and Chewie be long-time associates of Obi-wan with a fully-developed relationship that we could observe on screen? No?
I'm not tearing down A New Hope. I'm saying the characters in Rogue One are on par with those in A New Hope. In truth, every one of the characters in Rogue One is grittier than any similar character in A New Hope; closer to Solo and Chewie than to young Skywalker for sure.
Sure, there is not quite the wonder and freshness of storytelling in Rogue One as there is in A New Hope. But that has more to do with the viewer than the movie itself. I think a lot of people are working really hard to develop a reason why they didn't like Rogue One as much as the original trilogy, but the truth is you don't have to say why. Isn't enough for you that you just liked A New Hope better?

If that would be the case its another slap in the face of players who like MSU lists. I understood that large ships needed some love before wave 7. But now there are so many shenanigans for the bigger ships and so much 134FP-squadron-carrier-lists that it gets harder and harder to play a group of CR90s or Arquitens and have some viable success.
    But I'm afraid you're right.

The game isnt really pay to win, its have friends to win. There is no single card you need so its easy to bring something entirely different to your mates. If everyone needed the same things that would be different. Its not.

We played a Battle of Endor reenactment before wave 3 was published. At that time we only had MC80 Home One, Nebulons and CR90s at the rebel side. They flew against 5 ISDs. That was really a cool sight! And I really want to do this again when the SSD arrived and all ships (even the Millenium Falcon with Calrissian aboard) are published that were seen on screen.
Those games are for fun! So you can decide to play them in every way you like. If you have more funs with Arquitens just do it!
For me it's more about the ship types and squadrons, less about the upgrade cards. But it would feel a bit strange, if Raymus Antilles commands his Tantive IV against a Vader ISD. (Isn't that another movie...?) But we decided to ignore the fate of the aces and let "Dutch" and Biggs fly over Endor, if I remember correctly.
I hope you (all) can benefit from the lists I made. (Even if you ignore parts of it, as I would do.)

P.S. Sorry for the remark about prefering white male officers. That's not my opinion, but the way the Emperor thinks. The Galactic Empire was always described as a bunch of racists and chauvinists. (But that's propaganda from the winning Alliance of scums and villains, I suppose?)

Sloane would be a little bit unfair. We played an Endor scenario once with 1.200 pts (400 pts squadrons) and the supremacy of the TIEs was already overwhelming without Sloane.
Maybe you can it take like this: If the Emperor will have the choice between two white male high ranking officers and a colored woman ...
All of them were in my list except for Wulff Yularen and Versio. No Vader means none of the unique Vader cards. Thanks!
