TLT builds are a PITA. Death by a thousand cuts. Might try a gamma squadron bomber with extra munitions, plasma torps, concussion & cluster munitions (31 pts). Throw on guidance chips!! Sub for inquisitor.

Looks like a fun list. The torps on Fenn nice touch. I would go with extra munitions on the scouts. they come in very handy.
