  1. That's exactly why I didn't factor in the use of the Officer Slot. I was configuring my Executor II-class Star Dreadnought which has 4 Officer Slots when I began contemplating Palpatine's value ^^
  2. Yes, that makes sense. I didn't think of the slot. Thanks for clearing this up
  3. Does a ship need to spend 2 defense tokens for a double arc attack? It declares 2 targets, one from each hull zone, if I'm not mistaken. That would make this card very powerful and a bit too cheap (points-wise) in my opinion.
  4. Show him the might of the empire EMPIRE FLEET (300 points) 1 • Imperial II-class Star Destroyer - Admiral Ozzel (140) 2 • Imperial II-class Star Destroyer (120) 3 • TIE Fighter Squadron (8) 4 • TIE Fighter Squadron (8) 5 • TIE Fighter Squadron (8) 6 • TIE Fighter Squadron (8) 7 • TIE Fighter Squadron (8) This fleet is also very cinematic I know you don't have ISDs, so that must be changed immediately! Buy some ^^
  5. Thank you very much but I already found a bug. I can't equip Disposable Capacitors on an ISD I/II. Could you please fix that?
  6. This is way older than 4 years! I remember watching this like 10 years ago or something ^^ Still cool to this day though
  7. That is the power of the Defender my friend! All hail Maarek Stele
  8. Guys, I'm going to play my first match with these tomorrow but am still undecided about 2 fleet variations. So it would be great if as many of you as possible could head on over to the fleet builds sub-forum and share your opinions / advice The thread there is titled "Stealth Strike - help me decide!"
  9. Hey guys, I'm going to play my very first 400 pts. match tomorrow (normally we always play at 500 pts.) and I've built a rather thematic fleet for the occasion. People who've seen the Rebels episode "Stealth Strike" will probably recognize my small battlegroup But I'm stuck between 2 variations of this fleet and can't decide which one I should play... What do you guys think? Stealth Strike (offensive) Faction: Galactic Empire Points: 400/400 Commander: Admiral Motti Assault Objective: Station Assault Defense Objective: Planetary Ion Cannon Navigation Objective: Solar Corona [ flagship ] Interdictor-class Combat Refit (93 points) - Admiral Motti (24 points) - Interdictor (3 points) - Minister Tua (2 points) - Engineering Team ( 5 points) - Electronic Countermeasures ( 7 points) - High-Capacity Ion Turbines ( 8 points) - Targeting Scrambler ( 5 points) = 147 total ship cost Arquitens-class Light Cruiser (54 points) - Hand of Justice ( 4 points) - Reinforced Blast Doors ( 5 points) - Dual Turbolaser Turrets ( 5 points) = 68 total ship cost Arquitens-class Light Cruiser (54 points) - Centicore ( 3 points) - Reinforced Blast Doors ( 5 points) - Dual Turbolaser Turrets ( 5 points) = 67 total ship cost Gozanti-class Cruisers (23 points) - Expanded Hangar Bay ( 5 points) = 28 total ship cost 1 Whisper ( 20 points) 5 TIE Phantom Squadrons ( 70 points) OR Stealth Strike (adaptable) Faction: Galactic Empire Points: 400/400 Commander: Admiral Motti Assault Objective: Station Assault Defense Objective: Planetary Ion Cannon Navigation Objective: Solar Corona [ flagship ] Interdictor-class Suppression Refit (90 points) - Admiral Motti ( 24 points) - Interdictor ( 3 points) - Minister Tua ( 2 points) - Engineering Team ( 5 points) - Electronic Countermeasures ( 7 points) - G-8 Experiemental Projector ( 8 points) - Targeting Scrambler ( 5 points) = 144 total ship cost Arquitens-class Light Cruiser (54 points) - Hand of Justice ( 4 points) - Skilled First Officer ( 1 points) - Reinforced Blast Doors ( 5 points) - Dual Turbolaser Turrets ( 5 points) = 69 total ship cost Arquitens-class Light Cruiser (54 points) - Centicore ( 3 points) - Skilled First Officer ( 1 points) - Reinforced Blast Doors ( 5 points) - Dual Turbolaser Turrets ( 5 points) = 68 total ship cost Gozanti-class Cruisers (23 points) - Vector ( 2 points) - Boosted Comms ( 4 points) = 29 total ship cost 1 Whisper ( 20 points) 5 TIE Phantom Squadrons ( 70 points)
  10. You need Flight Controllers to make them really deadly in my opinion though. At 400 points you can field 8 of them with one being Maarek Stele (133 points).
  11. Defenders are awesome, especially with flight controllers! In my very first wave 5 match I was able to one-shot 3 A-Wing squadrons. In my latest match I fielded 10 defenders including Maarek, two-shotted Rogue Squadron and killed my opponent's whole fighter screen (Tycho, Shara Bey, Rogue Squadron and 4 A-Wings) while only losing 1 Defender despite flying directly into his flak fire. After the Fighter screen was gone they began their bombing runs and took down an MC30c. Impossible with Interceptors. They would have died to flak fire and are terrible at fighting ships. I love my Defenders and think they are balanced and priced extremely well
  12. Oh, so it's determined by initiative! That makes sense. Thanks for clearing that up
  13. Hey guys, I don't know if this question has been answered yet so I'll just ask: Both Han's ability and RBD are triggered at the start of the ship phase. But what comes first? This could potentially mean the difference between life and death for a heavily damaged ship. I think Han should come first because...you know...he shoots first What do you think?
