  1. The rule of thumb is always focus, unless you can barrel roll/boost out of arc. Focus and be used on offense and defense unlike evade.

  3. Maybe drop a lightwave frame on one of the Strikers for a Systems officer then? It'll burn faster but I hope the overall damage output will be better.
  4. I really like the strikers and would love a build a good list using them. I own 2 at the moment, but am planning on buying a third one. Could this list work? Stridan is flying around giving the strikers focus with General Hux and having a target lock a striker can use for rerolls with Targeting Synchronizer. Having PS1 ships allow for some good blocking opportunities.   5. I saw a spreadsheet/picture of all the movement options for Hera with Navigator somewhere on this forum, but I can't find it right now. Did anyone save it or can point me where to find it?
  6. So, I thought of a list with two VCX to be a shield for Biggs, but I didn't really get it to work. I tried it last night against a SuperDash/Miranda and perhaps Turrets/Homing Missiles isn't the best way to keep the VCX's alive. Any ideas on improvments? The Idea is to have the VCX fly close to each other and Biggs in between/behind them so he can utilize the Tactical Jammers. Be able to bump with one and still shoot, the one with Zeb and the other can do red manuever shenanigans wiht Hera/Chopper. I like this: Constable Zuvio — Quadjumper 19 Bomb of your choosing Pattern Analyzer 2 Scavenger Crane 2 Spacetug Tractor Array 2 Ship Total: 25 Back up, drop a bomb, preferable connor net or cluster mines and tractor your enemy through it. If it gets destroyed use the crane to pick the bomb up again.
  8. Depends on the ship I would guess. Dash with Trickshot is pretty nice. Stand on a debris and shoot a 5 dice HLC.
  9. With imperial Veterans and a tie defender you can build a pretty solid list with what you have. You can swap the x7 title for the /D and add a tractor beam on Vessery for some extra shenanigans.
  10. I would recommend that you buy Imperial Veterans, since as of now the TIE Defender is one of the best ships in the imperial navy. The x7 title for the defender is great. The interceptor and Imperial veterans is a good buy aswell, so you get the title for interceptors and Soontir Fell in the interceptor expansion pack.
  11. Three tie fighters (I assume it's the old, red, core set) and a lambda doesn't really put up much of a fight against your rebel ships. Unless you want to proxy some cards.
  12. Predator + HSCP + Gunner is such a nice combo. First shot, use predator to reroll your hit so you'll intentionally miss and strip the focus token. Gunner procs, fire again use predator to reroll miss to a possible hit.
  13. I like the idea and hopefully it'll help with the first rounds of swiss, if one is paired with someone of similar skill level.
  14. Couldn't the reason that the Empire don't have astromechs be that most of their ships don't have a hyperdrive and therefore don't need the help to calculate hyperspace jumps? Perhaps they should have some sort of barrage options from the destroyers or whatever is carrying the ships?
  15. Well, the strength with Ryad is that she can do 2-5 K-turns while Rexler only have a 4 K which makes him a bit more predictable. But that's just my 2 cents

  17. Rey against 3 defenders insn't really a fair fight. One thing to think about is that Rey has a turret, defenders don't. When you know how defenders manouvre they can be a bit predictable. Just try and stay out of their arc and shoot them down with the turret. It might cost you not being able to always utilize Rey/Finn but it's far better then being shot down. But as they say, practice makes perfect.

  19. VI, Gunner, HotShot Copilot is great on RAC. Use that to strip tokens off your opponent and the other ships can swoop in for the kill.
  20. Couldn't Rey be a viable option for crew, to help stack focus tokens and spend them to help the A-wing? I met a list on Vassal that was something like this. Add more stuff on the VCX but you'll get the gist. Kanan spent focus to add more surviveability to the A-wings.   21. Could this list work? Fire first with Asajj to hopefully add a tractor beam token and then aux-fire with Kath and they should have 3 less agility dice. Maybe gyroscopic targeting would be better on Asajj.   22. I've been running this to some great success. Hotshot/gunner is a good combo to strip focus tokens so Ryad can juke 'em. Predator could be exchanged for VI to make him be better at shooting first.
