  1. In my personal opinion, the Force is Female, Disney, is phasing him out of existence. How we could go through all of Rebels and not see him means, to me, they don't want him around. Filoni made it clear in Clone Wars the Mandalorians don't even consider Jango a Mandalorian. We never got to see him after Bounty, even though there was animatic for Boba killing Bane in a duel, it isn't canon. Like everything else, they want to purge the canon of old characters.
  2. I just saw this t-shirt today: https://www.80stees.com/products/bounty-hunters-star-wars-t-shirt Someone tell me how again why we have a Dengar figure and no 4LOM and Zuckuss. The new saga, quote-unquote, is schlock of the highest order and I pray to the ghost of Yoda that we'll never see anything from it.
  3. I think his health should be six, so that Darth Vader can choke him out in 2 moves unless he starts giving up command cards. You've got this guy like a special forces commander or something, rather than the bureaucratic worm he actually was. I still think pierce 3 should only be reserved for lightsabers, but not just because they are magic weapons, because usually their wielders are force users. The mechanic is a better one than being a single surge, however. Maybe you could give him a yellow die, reduce the accuracy to 2, and then make +2 damage, +1 pierce a double surge. Also, Loyal Guards should probably say Once Per Round. How does "You Two, With Me" work if it is a group of E-Stormies? Do you seperate 2 E-stormies from their group to make them part of Krennic's group? If you want Death Troopers, which was like his personal guards, no, then just call them Death Troopers.
  4. +3 Accuracy; and then +2 damage and pierce for a single surge? You should change this character's name to Danny Vermin, Joe Piscopo's character in Johnny Dangerously, with his 88 Mangum that shoots through schools. How do you justify pierce 3? Also, even given "You Two, With Me." He should still be a unique character, not a unit of 3. I'm not sure if 12 points is correctly priced for those abilities, but he seems a bit OP to me, and nothing like his actual character.
  5. So the first thing the Imperial figure would have to do, using the app, is to clear the stun. If you are playing a player, then they can clear the stun and attack, or they can clear the stun and move. In the app, they clear the stun, but then the first command is almost always a move and attack action. Now, I'm not saying the app is imbalanced, it is just frustrating when you normally stun something because you know it keeps them move or attacking, and that doesn't happen in the app.
  6. They are ok for skirmish. A bit big. Star Wars Miniatures default movement was 6, not 4. The color codes are red is impassable, green is difficult, and blue squares are doors. I don't use them anymore since my Star Wars minis days.
  7. I do find it fairly balanced, and I had always played it as the move + attack action is one action, but it felt odd. I think the first time I had a stun was on my third mission in the app, and that's when I realized, hey, this stun doesn't prevent a move and attack, so I wanted to get some clarification. The junk droid was another one that threw me in the app, but after some research I think I'm good with that. An Elite Ugnaught in the app can be surprisingly damaging.
  8. Sorry to Necro this but, I'm still confused. Tonight I had the app tell me to move a regular probe droid 3 and attack Biv. Well, that should be all he is capable of doing under normal conditions, but if I follow that logic, then I can use the next instruction, which was move 2 and re-position 4. Now a regular probe droid has a movement speed of 5, vice 3, in addition to the extra surge abilities the app granted it. Also, let's talk about Stun. Biv crashed into a Heavy Stormtrooper with great vengeance and fuuuuurious anger, stunning and weakening him. On the H-Stormies turn does he get to discard stun and then go ahead and move an attack? What is the value of stun at all? That makes him quite a bit better than normal.
  9. I'd like to get some recommendations for what other painters think is the best magnification system. What level of magnification is good for painting IA scale miniatures. I'm sure the more the better, but I'm just interested in what others use.
  10. Here's how I'll no-prize that. Snowtrooper is just the common name for them. They are actually "Extreme Environment Troopers" who wear Environmental Recovery Gear. Expensive specialty armor only issued to specialized units. We saw the troops on Tatooine with the Air conditioners on their back, but that was a quick fix because they didn't have any ERG suits onboard the Devestator. Environmental Recovery Gear suits can keep the wearer at optimum battle temperatures from 150 to -80 Fahrenheit.
  11. Well, you are correct. I don't think the app cares about any particular agenda deck as it makes modifications on the fly for Imperials. So the command cards are of no value to the app.
  12. I loathe Sabine and Zeb in equal measures. Sabine got better, slightly, from the ridiculous "artsy, angsty" Mandorian... bounty hunter... at 16. Geez, Filoni, pile on the stupid, will ya. And I find Zeb just an annoying bore. I like when Maul inspects Sabine's quarters and rolls his eyes with an exacerbated look on his face, and says, "how colorful." It perfectly encapsulated my attitude on the character.
  13. This has been an ongoing complaint. I hope FFG tackles it. I wouldn't say it is a huge problem, but people do like thematic scenarios and the app can be a bit lore breaking. There are some packs that you can leave out by not clicking on them, but if you buy an expansion, as you said, then everything in that expansion, including tokens are in the game. I was quite shocked when Agent Blaise was listed as barging through the door, because I had never bought his pack, but then I remembered his token and card are in Bespin Gambit. I will buy Tyrants of Lothal, but I won't buy Sabine and Zeb, because I'd rather shoot myself, but they will potentially show up, because I've already seen Sabine token in the FFG announcement. Sorry to ramble, yes, it would be a nice thing to have to be able to click off individual characters you don't want to see in the app campaign.
  14. I never liked it in Skirmish. There are a couple campaign missions that it is acceptable, but I'm not a fan of huge figures either. They are too unwieldy for the map sizes. Nor am I a fan of using huge ships in X-Wing.
  15. They are going to find Thrawn and Ezra party'ing it up in Chiss Ascendancy space.
  16. It's true. Mandalorians fly around, contorting their bodies to do aerial acrobatics, enduring high Gs, and controlling a rocket pack with body mechanics. That takes muscle. Sabine is probably in the hold every night lifting repulsor-bells.
  17. Get the smoked acrylic doors from Etsy. Those are awesome and easy use on the board. https://www.etsy.com/listing/471603483/acrylic-door-tokens-for-use-with?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=imperial
  18. This is how I picture a realistic Sabine to look: http://witnessfitness.tumblr.com/post/102747831876/fit-asian-girls-chu-mi-kim That's the body of a Mandalorian.
  19. Sorry if I sounded Harsh. I didn't mean to make it sound like I was telling how to make your character. I love Garrus, so I was just pointing out things as I saw him at his best, but I could have worded it better.
  20. Garrus would have full mastery of Concussion Shot. a shot that has blast, stun and knockback. And a white dice? For Garrus? Mr. Let me stand in front of a gunship. Garrrus would probably have two black die to reflect his Turian Rebel ability. I like 2 blue and 1 green. He really doesn't need anymore accuracy. One ability should be (surge) 2 damage, 1 pierce. Also, spy? When was Garrus a spy. I think Trooper is more appropriate.
  21. Thrawn probably has a harem of Twi'lek slaves you don't even know about. You want realism in war. Thrawn is akin to Alexander. He's not interested in pursuing relationships. He gets that itch scratched where he needs to and then goes about squashing the rebellion.
