Hey guys, i am returning to the game after a 2 year break and i saw the details about the new core set. What is happening to the old core cards? Are they just rotated out or banned or what? Still trying to piece together what i have missed.

Not sure if this has been asked but i watched a game online and some flipped over two copies of their champion on their provinces. They put one into play and the in their discussion while playing the discarded the second one and put a fate on the one just put into play. They did this like it is a rule yet when i went through the rule book from the core set i didnt see it. Is this true and if so where can i find it as i am the kind of person who likes to see it in writing so i can reference it.

I can't seen to find any cards I know I have seen. I can't remember the names of them but the Corp cards that removes the runners heap from the game. What are they?

Cool. That answers that. Second question on top of that. An opponent plays a card that would start a trace. Can I declare before he starts the trace to use a trash or instant ability or that also a no go since he already paid for the card but has not started the trace? I wanna make sure I get this right as it effects how I run my runner and deck design as well.

Can someone use a trash ability on a card in play, after their opponent has started a trace or do they have to use the trash ability before the trace is started? Encountered this in my first tournament today and was caught off guard by it. Plus side I took second!
