it probably will also be able to dock the TIE/SF Fighter by the same logic as the TIE/FO Fighter
though that may be hazardous to the health of the little turrets on the bottom

thanks to the article for clearing that up, looks like i need to update baffled rage.png

the Activation Attack is still incredible even with that dial. especially if you get to shoot in the combat phase as well.
backdraft has potential but isnt a gamechanger like quickdraw imo, and i am very disappointed i cant feasibly run 4 in 100 (i can see why they arent 22 tho. definitely better than b wings but i was hopeful). guess itll be QD as the ace for a swarm of FOs assisted by the antistress unique or something

for some reason i feel like this thing should be edge highlighted glowing neon colors and there should be 80s synth playing
guess im going to have to learn how to paint + mod in speakers
Get it to play that Jefferson Starship song from the Holiday Special! It absolutely enthralled that Imperial troopers, somehow, so maybe it would distract your opponents during a game!
Even if it doesn't, simply being reminded of the Holiday Special ought to be enough to irritate them and cause them to make all sorts of mistakes!
no. this ship is armed only with a powerful aestheticand probably a heavy laser cannon so its soundtrack needs to match

or like flying thru space listening to the song from the furi credits

Last I checked, it takes
And never on Xs. The difference IA makes is just enormous
I still don't understand this slavish devotion to a one-shot modification to the exclusion of all other possibilities. I'd rather have something that can help me the entire game rather than something that lets me avoid a damage card ONCE, no matter what it costs.
you can't do **** when you're dead
IA helps you not die embarrassingly fast
Last I checked, it takes five damage to blow up an X-Wing. IA stops one. Once. Maybe two if it chucks a Direct Hit, but it's still a one-shot save. If you're down to the point where you need IA to prevent the single point of damage that will kill you, you've got bigger problems at the moment.
I'm not saying it's not a good upgrade. But I think the way the conversation always goes, "Hey, how about --" "NO, INTEGRATED ASTROMECH" is a little tiresome.
do you get mad when people run the title on tie advanceds

If Heroes of the Resistance follows the standard wait between announcement and release that the Aces or Veterans packs saw, approximately 200 days, we'd expect it around mid November.
If it follows the T-70 and TIE/fo stand-alone expansions additions to wave 8 scheme, approximately 100 days, then it could be out right around Gen Con. This might be closer to correct as this pack, like the T-70 and TIE/fo expansions, uses existing molds.
If the second scenario is true, then we'd only be awaiting Wave 9 after Gen Con, leaving plently of room for a Gen Con announcement of: Wave 10, Scum Aces, and Scum Epic.
Wave 9 would likely be available in about 150 days from its announcement (something like end of October).
FWIW, what has been communicated to retailers is that HotR is released on the same day as wave 9. Whether that date is REALISTIC or not (IIRC., it's late September) I don't think anyone can guess - but FFG's intent is, apparently, for them to be a simultaneous release. I can't imagine any sort of delay would change that.
im getting myself 4 /sf's and a Poe Skill Nine for my birthday

This seems like it would be broken on firespray with k4. Also fluff isn't as important as balanced gameplay so this change wouldn't make much sense to me.
the only time broken and firespray go in the same sentence is when your talking about what happened to the tiny little guns on the front after you dropped one

Their 30-ish point range definitly is oversaturated with crap. I wouldn't mind a few atractive ships there in a similar light as the Inquisitor or Omega Leader. Actually the same goes for scum, its something that makes listbuilding a lot easier for the Empire right now.
i like that empire has pocket aces/micro aces or whatever you want to call them while rebels go big with wedge and poe etc
the problem is it in a lot of cases it doesnt feel like the points you spend really pay off vs real empire aces/scum large base powerhouses/etc, and then you cant win on the cheap end either because tie/crack swarm is just better. im not saying oh boo hoo rebels suck, im just saying wheres the 8 point ackbar crew that messes with things globally to an absurdly outsized degree for his cost like palp
(or jabba. i want jabba.)

i dont think so, joe. my special boy quickdraw was born a long long time ago, in a galaxy far far away

it cant be the best meta before the /sf hits. quickdraw is gonna change the game
Quickdraw is going to be insane with Baffle. Do a one red turn, lose a shield with baffle and shoot in the movement phase before a Soontir can take actions. Crazy!
red turn?
no mods?
why?
Rage.
full mods
works on white and green manuevers
only place you'd use rage anyway

I'm kind of at a loss as to what the best way to joust with her is, what to do after joust, and how to use her in a list. I mean, yeah, she can snipe, but then she keeps drifting away from the action. Her rear firing specialization is just so different. Using her with Expert Handling (aka doing barrel roll with greens every turn to "hover" in place), while sounding both easy to use and funny, makes me wonder if that specific build is more of a gimmick than anything. Remember, I'm not so much asking for build advice as I am for flying advice. So please... how do I fly scum Kath?

If you really want to go the Electronic Baffle rout, I'd strongly consider Rage instead of PTL. You're basically building Doom Shuttle, but without the guarantee of damage. Saving those extra 2 points would be a good idea.
PTL gives you an option to use more of your action bar, but Rage gives you rerolls on every attack you make in a given round. That's quite useful if you can line things up to shoot Soontir before he moves and someone else during the combat phase.
I also _really_ want to make Rage work.

...what we need are Mining Guild TIE's.
I'd be hesitant about flying a ship that looks like Pac Man.
only need to be worried if you know your going up against a Ghost or 2 tbh
edit wow there was another page and i cant farm likes with this joke. gonna go elsewhere to sate the addiction
