Yeah, I'm REALLY happy it made it into the game. Loved that ship design from the moment I saw it - really looks like something from an older era, but still has clear design lineage to the OT ships. Basically it's absolutely perfect, aesthetically and thematically - Star Wars design has rarely been so incredibly on-point. Downside, of course, is that it makes it glaring how lazy the design of the Z-95 and T-70 is. It's funny how utterly high the design quality contrast is between the ARC and the three Disney-designed ships beside it.

Primary 3+cannon+turret is a leeetle crazy. Would it work to give it primary 3, cannon, turret slot but no primary turret? There's a plethora of good turret upgrades now so it wouldn't exceptionally hamper it. I note from wookieepedia that it doesn't seem to have torps at all, just missiles. Though if filling the bar to clear EPTs is the goal that could work. For the title, perhaps give the base ship 2 crew slots (would be a first for scum, right?) and word like: 'You may replace up to 2 crew upgrade icons with salvaged mech upgrade icons. You must equip 1 "Bomblet Generator" upgrade card (paying its squad point cost as normal).' Makes it interesting and different, honestly. -

Cruise Missiles seem slightly undercosted (due to turret effect) but simultaneously kind of boring. How about: attack value 4 (it's a big missile) range 3— (maybe even 4—, so it can only be fired if the target is out of range) Attack (Focus): Spend your focus token and discard this card to perform this attack. The attacker cannot modify dice during this attack. dunno on points, it's ATK4 and can hit from deployment, but without being able to improve the shot at all it might not be worth a whole lot. I'd estimate 4pts. So it's basically a super long range missile that's easily dodged, which I feel is more thematic, though idk if it's less boring. -
This sums it up perfectly but allow me to add: Because it's now about flying the snazziest and best ships, Sometimes you want an ugly workhorse that can do it's job. That's why Y-wings are a thing, right? I mean, i agree about needing ugly ships sometimes, but the gunboat is honestly prettier than most TIEs.

Not quite a munition, but I kinda want to see a Disruptor illicit secondary. Would be one-shot, short-ranged, in-arc only, and either ATK2/ignores defense dice or ATK3/deals facedown damage cards.

This Guri build wrecked me recently on Vassal when I was running a 4x TLT list (was 3-0 with that list until then). I was cursing Guri the entire time as she was often the only one in range of some of the TLTs, yet they had no chance of hitting her at range 3 while she sniped me. I can see the same being an issue for ordnance lists. And then poor Guri gets against acewing that's literally 80% of the meta, and gets obliterated in XXX fashion Dunno about that, I have 50-ish games with her in various lists to date and usually she kills at least one ace vs. ace lists (twice I've managed 2 ace kills vs. Vader/Soontir setups). -
It's a "once per opportunity thing", it's spelled out somewhere. "start of combat" is a single opportunity.

I can't figure out the wording, but it would be something like this: First side: free ATC-style add hit result on attack, can't modify defense dice. The wording problem is making it better for low-PS pilots somehow. Would have late Action on the card(so that the +hit/-mod effect isn't part of the action), just a simple flip. Other side would give a free boost, but have a 'cancel best' effect on attacks (so you cancel 1 crit if you get it, 1 hit if no crits, 1 focus if no hits/crits), on the FIRST attack each turn, with an autoflip after the attack. idk I spent 3 minutes thinking about this it's probably bad

If your whole team enjoys stress, I guess.True, stress is bad.I'll find a way to make it work! I don't hate the ability, I just don't know what ship it works with. A Y-Wing? Your options for clearing the stress without the unhinged astromech are pretty limited. JumpMaster? Again, this guy wants to be on the same boat as Unhinged, but can't be. I guess on the JumpMaster you can pair this guy up with K4 crew and then swing left with your green maneuvers but....really telegraphs your moves. You don't always need to green every turn anyway. Also Drea likes it.

If your whole team enjoys stress, I guess. As long as you're using ships with reasonably red-free dials, it means an infinite supply of focus for all ships. Add K4 in there and you have target locks for free, which means F+TL+third action in many cases since you're gated to 1 stress/ship with Mindlink.
