  2. What ability happens first? Because that would change a whole lot.
  3. Why were you drawing nine cards? If Stele nets 3 [kabooms] while the target has a Shield token one [kaboom] will go toward removing that shield. The next has you draw three damage cards before dealing one to the target while discarding the rest. The last also has you draw three card to choose from before dealing one and discarding the rest. I read the quoted line and think you figured that because you have three [kabooms] you get to deal 3 face-up cards to the target and because of Maarek you get to draw 9 at one time to choose from when picking the 3 that get dealt. That is NOT how critical work and not how Mararek Stele's ability works either. EDIT: woopsy my bad
  4. Between waves 6 and 7. And collection-wise I'm only buying what I want to fly or what I need for the upgrade cards.
  5. Maybe the PS4 will have the EPT slot. My gut says they won't, based on how FFG has distributed EPTs in the past. I think we're looking at an 18pt ship with no EPT. And I'm cool with that: 18pts, PS4, autothruster capable. I hope you are wrong though, I really need them to have an ept for a list of mine.
  6. I am currently flying a list with 2 glaives with x7 juke and stealth device, plus someone at 26 points (currently Zeta leader, maybe I'll try with a TAP). This list is just disgusting. Pure OP-ness.

Well i'm not trying to get an evady Ghost and i've already said i don't really like the HWK because of how squishy it is, i don't really want to be too reliant on a squishy ship.That said C3PO+Lando is a good combo and i would definetely try it but i think i'm better with the 1 point cheaper and much more reliable Jan Ors+Rec. Spec. combo seeing how the pilots ability requires focus tokens. Don't worry I'm pretty sure the first target will be the VCX, it has 0 agility and 4 attacks, who'd want to leave this monster on the table to run after a poor hwk who's staying at range 3? Still, i would like another ship that can do consistent damage and a TLT is consistent only if you fire it at low agility targets, everything with 3 defense dice and autothrusters or 3 modified defence dice is gonna easily evade that or take a single damage every couple of turns, add to that the awful maneuver dial of the HWK and a fairly hefty price for a ship this squishy and you can see why i'm not a fan. A HWK could work, i'm not saying it's not a good support ship, but it's mostly a dead weight when it comes to actually fight and in my opinion in a 2 ship list you want both of your ships to be good at fighting.Yeah I see your point, I know that would be the list I would play but this is your preference and you choose

  9. You can do better, field in the Ghost Lando and C3-PO and always guess 0. Then add Kyle Katarn with Jan Ors and you have the most evady VCX ever.

  14. Looks like I was wrong when I compared it to the Interceptor. I see it does need a little something. I guess I should try some other stuff with them to really understand the semi-love they get. Anyway thanks for the feedback I don't know whether that was meant to be aggressive or not, but know that I only play Empire or Scum. I am disgusted by rebel's turrets or regeneration stuff. And I am rarely playing aces, I prefer raw firepower the YV has, or the x7 juke defenders.
  15. I think you are misreading that. It is simply telling you that ships without the Target Locks in their bar can still be assigned Target Locks. It is not a restriction. Well that's totally possible and I hope it is so, Jendon would suck so hard the other way.
  16. With engine upgrades it lets you arc dodge even aces like Soontir, and shoot before them to maybe kill them even before they can hurt you.
  17. This list does not care. Chiraneau dies every match, so half MOV is meaningless. You win by wiping out the opposition with Whisper on the board (ideally). That makes you giving every opponents 60 points of MoV. At my last tournament I played two large ships (Bossk and Kath) and I was almost always giving up 75 points. This made me lose a lot in the classment.
  18. Other than Xizor with his Z squad. For me the Starviper is (should be) the interceptor of the scum faction. Problems : bad dial, alongside not so good pilots (Guri is great but, BUT is PS5). So here we go with the fix : Lightened weaponry (torpedo, Starviper only, x points) : Treat all your speed 2- maneuvers as green maneuvers. And errata the Virago title to make it increase your PS by one or two, but two seems a bit high. What do you think?
  19. The last errata has nerfed jendon (as if he needed it lol) : he can't pass a blue target lock token to a ship which has the target lock option in his action bar.
  20. Then again with the large ships nerf it may not be effective for a tornament.
  21. Tactician is actually pretty good on a phantom, I don't see why that would stop him from repeating his Cycle of Death. And the mk2 is useless on an Interceptor, rather bring an autothruster.
  22. This list is pretty good, I like it, but kallus is kind of useless on Whisper. I'd rather take Echo or another crew card instead.
  23. This and Dual Aggressors. That's it until the game breaking Scum Super Dash comes out. Oh, and 7x Feedback Array Z-95's on paper at least. At least Dengar needs to have the attacker in arc to shoot at him. That decreases SLIGHTLY his fat PWT power.

  25. I have used juke today against a turtled Vader, and when he threw the dice, his results were 2 blanks 2 eyes. Am I right if I say I can't use juke at all there? Common sense would tell that juke is used before the opponent modifies his dice, but is it true?
