Why not both? Just include cards for both the commander and operative versions of Ahsoka and Ventress in the box. Kill two birds with one stone as they say. -
They also need to fix the Nantex so the app doesn't crash to your phone's home screen when you select it when building a squad.

Having the same problem with the Nantex crashing the squad builder on my Android phone (Galaxy 10x).
