And by "pleasure" I mean much cussing when assembling the feet of the model. 4 tiny pieces per foot that could have been done with 2. And then, once you finally have the foot connected to the 2 part ankle that should have been 1 part, you have to attach it to the leg and hope you get the positioning of it right so it stands correctly on its base. The ankle and feet should have fixed positions to make assembling them easy and not such a PITA.

This is mainly for figures on large bases. I am not sure what to do with the AT-RT. If I add the base first, how do I glue the figure? Won't it fall off if glued to texture rather than base surface?
If I glue first, it will be hard to pain underneath the "feet".
I always glue the figure to the base prior to priming the model. It gives me something to hold on to while painting. Don't worry about painting under the feet of your At-RTs. You'll be able to hide that area with the basing material you'll be putting on the base once the model is painted.

I'm not painting my Clones but I'm having the person painting them use different armor markings for each Phase 2 squad. My Phase 1 Clones use different colored plants on their bases for squad identification. Phase 1's are being painted up as the 501st Legion and the Phase 2's are being painted up as the 332nd Company.

They stated that they respect the investments we have made. I believe them.
I was prowling around Crisis Protocol news and stuff last night to get a feel for AMG.
They have painting contests, Game Modes that change the basic rules for a game, Formats that change list building but not the base rules, Battle Realms that allow a pick and ban phase, and Party formats for multiplayer. All of this stuff is more meant for creating play options that exist outside of OP, or at least as FLGS one-offs and alternatives.
They really seem like they try engage on all levels for players, which I never felt FFG did very well. They also seem to feature some level of narrative for Crisis Protocol, which would be an amazing new layer for OP.
I just went to the AMG website. I love the Deadpool figure they're coming out with for CP....so many options worthy of the Merc with a Mouth.

The guys from Blind Wave were not part of that group. They knew what was coming when the hatch on Slave 1 (not The Slave 1 damnit) opened up and left a present for those two TIEs. I'm just glad we don't have the Seismics that do 3 points of damage in X-Wing.

Really, what does Boba Fett have to do with any of the show's premise? Give him his own series and less lame way to get his amor back.
At least Ashoka seems will be a one time appearance...
This appearance of Boba Fett is part of the plan to do just that, get him his own show or miniseries. It's to let those casual fans who may not follow Star Wars beyond the films that Boba did survive the Sarlacc and is still alive and kicking. It also makes his survival canon as well.

Yeah, otherwise you'll be looking for magnets for your ships and pegs. I know first hand. I think it's something similar to the problem we had with the first Fangs with the rotating wings that were stuck because of the fresh paint.

We are still having a spike in cases
I understand why you'd be ticked off but what drives me crazy are politicians who impose masking and social distancing rules upon their constituents and then are caught violating those same rules and being caught on video doing so like the current Speaker of the House, Governor of California and the Mayor of San Jose, Ca.
Now these same politicians are imposing a month long lockdown here in California starting tomorrow at 2200 local. I just wonder how long it will be before someone videos them doing something in violation of those same orders they've put in place for everyone.

Maybe the Imperial transport in this episode is the predecessor to the First Order version.

It was no wonder those Imps didn't have a chance against Boba Fett in the latest episode. They didn't have the one thing that would defeat him....a blind man with a stick. It's his only weakness. 😁

I was able to magnetize it and return her to service. Really easy to do too. Just had to make sure the magnets attract instead of repel.

Which V-Wings would you use in that list? I have 2 of each (well, 1 ETA since I broke the socket off of 1 taking it out of the Hyperspace ring 🤬) and this has piqued my interest.

What cannon makes the most sense on an actis?
Eta-2 Actis - •Anakin Skywalker - 64
•Anakin Skywalker - Hero of Coruscant (56)
Predator (2)
Autoblasters (3)
•R7-A7 (3)Total: 64
View in the X-Wing Squad BuilderI think this could be nasty.
My group plays Aces High a lot and I'm looking at Anakin for 75 point games. This is what I've come up with for that format....
Eta-2 Actis - •Anakin Skywalker - 75
•Anakin Skywalker - Hero of Coruscant (56)
Marksmanship (1)
Autoblasters (3)
•R7-A7 (3)
Stealth Device (8)
Extreme Maneuvers (4)Total: 75
View in the X-Wing Squad BuilderI'm also thinking about swapping the Stealth Device for Afterburners. If I were to play Anakin in a regular game I'd drop the Stealth Device....maybe.

Normally a lightsaber can't work underwater due to the electronics shorting out when immersed. The weapon can be modified to do so however, provided you know you're going into an environment where that could happen.
QuoteI didn't realize Beskar was Lightsaber proof. That's not new is it?
Pure Beskar is but extremely heavy and hard to work into armor and weapons unless you have the knowledge to do so. It's also very rare and expensive which is why everyone wants to steal it. Most of the armor we see is probably made with a Beskar alloy which is Lightsaber resistant that a Lightsaber could cut through....eventually. We don't know if Mando's armor is made from pure Beskar or an alloy. It would depend on the skill of The Armorer (which I hope we see her again) but she might be one of those who has the knowledge to work pure Beskar.

The question I have is has Ahsoka and Sabine already found Ezra and Thrawn with Thrawn escaping as a villain of his stature should or are they still together and still being searched for.

In a perfect world I would play 40% extended, 40% hyperspace, and 20% extended variety keeps things fresh but right now I would play whatever the other person wanted to play.
Agreed. I will admit that all of my lists for Hyperspace events were made illegal with the changes but I don't mind. It's given me the push to try to make new lists that are Hyperspace legal and I think I've found a few that will be fun to play.

Here are my thoughts on which Jedi might show up....
Luke? Probably not due to Mark Hammil being too old for the part unless they do major de-aging via CGI.
Leia? Again probably not.
Cal Kestis from Jedi Fallen Order? His voice actor, Cameron Monaghan, is a perfect match looks wise so this could be a possibility.
Kyle Katarn the protagonist of both Dark Forces, Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II and Jedi Knight: Jedi Outcast? This one is my choice for who shows up, especially since they've already used material from Dark Forces with the Dark Troopers shown at the end of Chapter 12. Kyle Katarn, Jan Ors and the Moldy Crow? Yes please.
Mara Jade? Another possibility.
Ezra Bridger? Depends if he's still with Thrawn or not.
Then again I'm probably completely wrong and we'll see someone nobody expects. 😁

Tython is also the starter planet for both Jedi classes in Star Wars, The Old Republic. The question is which Jedi will seek out Gorgoo when he does the temple thing Ahsoka told Mando to do. Possible choices?
Luke? Probably not.

Honestly I don't care what format is used. I'll play both. What I want is to be able to play face to face but, thanks to the Covid, we're limited to TTS or Vassel for games unless you have the ability to play outside. I miss the interaction with a real life player at the same table less than 6 feet away without a damned mask on my face.

I just had the "pleasure" of assembling 2 Republic AT-RTs...

True and the rest of the model went together nicely. Just wish they'd put more thought on the foot assembly when they designed it.
