It’s raw, I know, but the center piece is the 75 with Fire Control and RLB for a couple of more blues and blacks. Everything else is swappable really. I’m just thinking about how to get that double crit to fire.
also, for the math nerds, is it better to put in the twins to re-roll 3 blacks, or have the BWings pop out for more raw dice?
Feedback is always appreciated!

Tycho and Shara are murder on tie squads of any description. Scatter plus counter is just so nasty against 3 hull squads.
I have to agree here.

I've been updating everything from the latest FAQ and there was an escape character where there should not have been.
Just retried and it worked fine. Thanks for all the work!

Just tried it again. Same problem?

I keep getting an error message when it’s trying to update and gets to about 50%.
It says the data can’t be read because it’s in the wrong format

Lots of good advice here so far. A couple of things that occurred to me:
1. MC30’s
2. I’m surprised you’re struggling with his fighters, six X Wings with Biggs and Jan packs a solid AA punch. I’d recommend trying Ten Numb and also giving yourself some space by running boosted comms or 2 VCXs so you can focus more on positioning and keep your carriers a little further back, if you’re going to go Squad heavy.
3. MC30’s.
4. There is no shame in having your bases and maneuvering tool at the breakfast table and practicing movement options. Also, after a while, my work mates stopped looking at me weird at lunch, so there’s that. Maneuvering just takes practice. Madine might be a useful crutch as you refine your skills.
5. MC30’s.
6. For squadrons, maybe just try 2-4 generic A Wings with Tycho/Shara and just tie his up. Even 6 generic A Wings is a 66 point screen that should hold him in place for at least 3 turns. They don’t have to win the squad game, just delay him. Send them in pairs (unless you have Shara) and have a laugh.
7. Be patient with your MC30’s and they will payoff big time once you know how to handle them. They are feared for a reason.
8. Most importantly, don’t get down on yourself. The Rebels are hard to master.

Yes, hello!
There is an FB group called DFW Star Wars Armada that gets good traffic. You might want to look for the group that is centered on Generation X based on your location.
Texas Toy Soldier in Carrollton is shaping up to be a reliable meet up location as well.
good, friendly players at both locations to be sure

Made the E-Wing / Scurgg swap and tested yesterday.
Was planning on keeping a detailed report of things, but got caught up in the game and didn’t.
the Ewing’s came in handy a few times, so that was a good call. I’m going to mess with the other squad layouts and see how they perform.
I am VERY rusty and had a rough time yesterday, especially without the crutch that is boosted comms or relay.
i won my first match, but more on luck than skill against an opponent that was similarly out of practice. The squads performed well though and Hera made herself known.
2nd match was awful and I ended up calling it. It was against 2 pickles with a fighter screen. I had a terrible approach, couldn’t get in without flying my fragile little ships into one, if not 2 arcs, and there was no way I wasn’t going to get tabled. I still don’t have much luck against those big turtle builds.
third match was better, but I lost because I got out maneuvered by Jerjerrod. Hera’s ability is what allowed me to zap the flagship though. She is awesome.

Perhaps a little less rogue, a little more bomber?

Los of Star Wars fans love The Clone Wars Animated series, and that is basically taking every lesson learned in Revenge of the Sith and applying it to a Star Wars tv show.
You said ‘do do’.

Just goes to show. Nobody hates star wars quite as much as star wars fans.
Nothing worse than grown *** men getting riled up about a kids movie.

With Disney being super pushy to smaller local theaters, the tweets consisting of how this is pretty much the best Star Wars film to date and the adamant, "this isn't Empire 2.0" I get skeptical. I still remember the hype for Revenge of the Sith and how it was on par with the OT.
I'm hoping for the best, but I've been burned twice by Disney.
Sometimes I feel like I'm in an abusive relationship.

When out deployed, it give you a one time last activation. Especially useful if you are out deployed, and 1st player.

Though not specifically designed for the A-Hole list, I wonder if this might be an option? Draw squads into jamming field/GH mess and snipe with FC? Then throw the MC 30 in to kill GH?

Well, I think this is what I’ll run, if XMas break ever gets here. Swapping a Scurgg for Gold Sq. was the key to getting Lando back. ****, this looks fun.

Cool! Glad to hear it performed well - assuming the hoot was on your side more than his ?
I’m excited to try this one out. I’ll try to keep track of matches as I get them over the break for XMas.

Sounds great! I can’t wait to run it.
What objective did they pick? Also, did you do anything funky for deployment, or did you run the standard fighter/flotilla picket for Yavaris and run Lando as a sweeper/flanker?

Fire Control and Dodonna Crits?

Am I misunderstanding how Fire Control Teams work? I thought it would strip shields from adjacent zones and deal a face up?
