  1. Looks like Dash is Canon after all... WOOT WOOT
  2. Thanks for all the research! I think the hardest part is going to be finding models that are small enough so that they don't dominate or clutter up the board too much. Im starting to think maybe the best thing to use for the Patrols are the provided tokens. But again, thanks for the research... I'm sure someone will want to use them!

  4. I wish I could.. .but the 0.04MB size limit won't let me show you anything with detail. Here is a link to a Facebook image of my ships. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=859174261109745&set=pcb.693704934403142&type=3&theater&ifg=1 https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=859175007776337&set=pcb.693704934403142&type=3&theater&ifg=1

  6. DUDE!!! Azmorigan should be a Playable Character! LOL That would be hilarious!
  7. OOOOooooooo Good Point!!! There is HOPE for Dash!!! #DASH2020
  8. Hey everyone, I managed to find a Source for 3D printed ships for Outer Rim that uses Armada Stands! Mel Miniatures: https://www.shapeways.com/shops/mel_miniatures He made the whole set of ships available, or just the ships that do not come in Armada Expansions. Here are the links so you can check them out and purchase them: All of the Ships: https://www.shapeways.com/product/B9LRMQM2H/armada-outer-rim-full-player-ship-set All of the Ships NOT Included in an Armada Expansion: https://www.shapeways.com/product/ZREABFYWW/armada-outer-rim-new-player-ship-set You can see how these Armada Ships can be used here: https://boardgamegeek.com/image/4797288/star-wars-outer-rim Fly Casual...

  10. The Black Sun was on the Clone Wars show, so they are Still Canon! I'm with ya, they are pretty awesome!
  11. Yea, I see. Good Point. Plus, I just remembered that one of the Patrol Ships is Dryden's Yacht.
  12. Dryden Vos said that Crimson Dawn had a "Shaky Alliance" with the Pike Syndicate, so they are not the same Criminal Organization. Black Sun was also its own Criminal Organization predominantly consisting of the Falleen Species. Good Ol' Star Wars Explained LOL
  13. Yea, I was also thinking we also get Maul and Maybe a new Crimson Dawn and Black Sun Patrols.
  14. Dash would be SO Rad! I have hope that they will bring him in since FFG still kept Dash after X-Wing 2nd Edition.
  15. The Rogues and Villains Expansion for Armada works great. The Stands have a slot where you can include your characters image card along with the ship. Thats an easy way to differentiate each players markers. It works really well.
  16. Im looking forward to the New Disney+ Mandalorian Show Expansion! Who do you think/hope will be in the (Sure To Come) Expansions?
  17. Hey, If you are going 3D print these ships for the Armada Stands, you should make the whole set! Here is a list of the Ships needed for the Game and the amount of them you'll need: Players Ships: 4 -G-9 Rigger (Twilight) 4 - G-1A Starfighter (Misthunter) 1 - Firespray (Slave One) 1 - Aggressor Class Assault Fighter (IG-2000) 1 - Heavy-Duty Lifter (Ark Angel) 1 - Lancer Class Pursuit Craft (Shadow Caster) 1 - Modified YT-1300 Light Freighter (Millennium Falcon) 1 - GX1 Short Hauler 1 - YV-666 Light Freighter (Hound's Tooth) Patrols: Rebels: 1 - Y-Wing 1 - X-Wing 1 - CR90 Corvette 1 - Home One - Mon Calamari Cruiser Imperial: 1 - Lamda-Class Shuttle 1- Gozanti Cruiser 1 - Imperial Light Carrier 1 - Star Destroyer Hutts: 1 - M3 Interceptor 1 - Kihraxz Fighter 1 - TL-1200 Transport 1 - C-ROC Cruiser Syndicate: 1 - Z95 Fighter 1 - Star Viper 1 - Kalevalan Star Yacht 1 - Neutron Star Bulk Cruiser
  18. Has anyone tackled making 3D Printed Ships for Outer Rim? I can't wait to see what people make/sell!
  19. Great! thanks guys! I thought you could only do each action once per Activation... I didn't realize it was per round. Again, thanks!
  20. Question about Jake Farrell... Before Jake activates, Could another Ship Coordinate with Jake to give him a Barrel Roll action, giving him (or another ship at 0-1) a Focus Action, then because of Vectored Thrusters, Jake does a Red Boost, giving him a Stress Token. Theeeeennnnnnn, Jake activates, does a Blue Maneuver, releasing the stress, does a Target Lock Action, then Vector Thrusters gives him another Red Boost Action. - So in the End, Jake Barrel Rolled, Focused, Boosted, Target Locked and Boosted, ending with 1 Stress? Or.... Before Jake activates, Could another Ship Coordinate with Jake to give him a Barrel Roll action, giving him (or another ship at 0-1) a Focus Action. Theeeeennnnnnn, Jake activates, does another Barrel Roll, giving him (or another ship at 0-1) another Focus Action. Jake then does a Maneuver, does a Target Lock Action, triggering Vector Thrusters again so that he can do a Red Boost. - So in the End, Jake Barrel Rolled, Focused, Barrel Rolled and Focused again, Target Locked and Boosted, ending with 1 Stress? I guess my question boils down to whether or not Vectored Thrusters can trigger after Jake gets Coordinated into doing an action before he activates? Thanks for your help! Jake Farrell - A-Wing After you perform a Barrel Roll or Boost action, you may choose a friendly ship at range 0–1. That ship may perform a Focus action.Vectored Thrusters: After you perform an action, you may perform a red Boost action.
  21. Agreed. I was also messing around with this adjustment: K-wing (3) •Esege Tuketu - (67) Perceptive Copilot (10) Hotshot Gunner (7) Arc-170 (4) •Garven Dreis - (57) Juke (4) Jyn Erso (2) A-wing (3) Green Squadron Pilot - (38) Juke (4) A-wing(3) Green Squadron Pilot - (38) Juke (4) Total: 200/200 I switched out Arvel with Garven and removed a lot of Esege's upgrades. In this Squad, Garven would take Juke as an Action, Shoot first, Spend one of Esege's Focus, then give it right back to Esege to use for His and the other 2 A-Wing's shots. It gets more milage out of the 2 focus tokens but it really cuts down on Esege's Fire Power and Tricks. Probably too much...
  22. Oh, what I meant was that Arvel would block the other ships, taking away their chance to take actions. I also struggled between intimidation and Juke on Arvel. My reasoning was that I knew I could get Juke to trigger on Every shot (even ones that I bump), but I could only get Intimidation to maybe trigger every other shot, if I was flying at my best.
  23. Yea, I know what you mean about Dice Variance. I was hoping that with the Esege Focus being available for each shot that it might balance out. Not only for Attacking but also for defending. Focus Evades would keep them on the board longer. I have heard that the odds of a Target Lock Attack is basically the same as a Focus Attack... not sure how accurate that is though! I will have to fly it a couple times to see if it has legs.
  24. Is this Rebel Juke Squad List enough to work? K-wing (3) •Esege Tuketu - (81) Barrage Rockets (6) Perceptive Copilot (10) Proton Bombs (5) Advanced SLAM (3) Hotshot Gunner (7) A-wing (3) •Arvel Crynyd - (40) Juke (4) A-wing (3) Green Squadron Pilot - (38) Juke (4) A-wing(3) Green Squadron Pilot - (38) Juke (4) Total: 197/200 All A-Wings would Evade and maybe Boost to a better location. Esege would Perceptive Copilot Focus. Arvel would do Arvel things and block ships (dropping the opponents defense). Esege would shoot first to drain the opponent of all its tokens using Hotshot Gunner, then the others will Juke-Attack and use Esege’s focus tokens as modifiers... Boom. I’m not sure this would work so please let me know your thoughts. Thanks!
  25. I put this list together to really mess with the Opponents Attacks. I wanted the list to also have a strong offensive. No-Mod Squad: (6) Wedge Antilles (52) T-65 X-Wing - While you perform an attack, the defender rolls 1 fewer defense die. - Elusive (3) - Chopper (2) - Proton Torpedoes (9) - Servomotors S-foils (0) (6) Fenn Rau (52) Sheathipede-class Shuttle - After an enemy ship in your firing arc engages, if you are not stressed, you may gain 1 stress token. If you do, that ship cannot spend tokens to modify dice while it performs an attack during this phase. - Swarm Tactics (3) - Nien Nunb (5) (3) Magva Yarro (50) - UT-60D U-Wing - While a friendly ship at range 0–2 defends, the attacker cannot reroll more than 1 attack die. - Trick Shot (1) - Advanced Sensors (8) - Perceptive Copilot (10) - Pivot Wing (0) Total 195pts So, my thoughts behind this build is to keep Wedge and Fen within Range 2 of Magva and also keep Fenn's arc on the biggest threat at all times. Hopefully I can keep Magva at range 1 of Fenn as well so I can have all my pilots shoot at Initiative 6. If I can manage this, then my opponents biggest threat will only be able to reroll 1 die and will not be able to spend tokens on their attack. (Take that Boba!) Anyhoo, Let me know what you think. Thanks!
