  1. Hello! I've been absent from playing F&D for a while, and now getting back to it, I wonder if there's an app for this system, similar to the wonderful work by Lion's Den for D&D: https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/fight-club-5th-edition/id901057473?mt=8 Just for like, facilitating character and monster management, quick rules referencing and such. Say, on an iPad or iPhone. Helps me immensely hen both DMing and playing! So much faster, so much less space on the desk. Anyone shed a light?
  2. Wookieepedia says nothing about Togruta's age...
  3. Hello! After a long break, I'm back. So I'm surprised I haven't through of this before, and even more surprised when I went to look in the books and found nothing about it. Where do we find information on how certain species age!?!? A friend asked me about how Togrutas are and I couldn't answer him!
  4. I've figured it out: Nowhere in the move tree is there anything that allows you to commit your dice. Done. Lol Because then it'd need to be activated each round, so no other actions can be taken, and there's always that 7 in 12 chance of a black dot...
  5. Hmmm upgrading all difficulties sounds fair to me. So: - Have him commit a force die for this and it'd have to stay that way as long as the saber is flying around - To make attacks from far away, he now uses Ranged (light) maybe? - He spends 2 strain per round while maintaining the power. Brought it up from 1 because I remembered you can recover strain spending advantage results on dice. - Increase difficulty on ALL checks while this is happening (not just checks to hit with the saber, but also any others, because the concentration level it would take to fight like this... it'd be almost impossible to do something else at the same time) - No parry (duh) and no reflect Now it's taking shape. Anyone else?
  6. This doesn't make sense. You wouldn't be hurling anything. It's the saber fighting alongside you but keeping your hands free, and being able to fight at more than engaged range.
  7. Um... But the text in the book says "whatever he could normally do with his hands at this power's range". I need a better argument. Also what does Saber Throw have to do with this? It's not a throw at all.
  8. Hey! Ok so I've been GMing weekly sessions for 3 weeks now. One player bought enough move power upgrades to reach the last Control upgrade: The character can perform fine manipulation of items, allowing him to do whatever he could normally do with his hands via this power at this power’s range. So... can he now fight with his lightsaber without actually holding it in his hand? This would make things too complicated and it'd be too strong a thing to have, in my opinion, so I need some way to balance it out. I'm thinking: - Have him commit a force die for this and it'd have to stay that way as long as the saber is flying around - To make attacks from far away, he now uses Ranged (light) maybe? - He spends 1 strain per round while maintaining the power. Thoughts?
  9. I did. He's not a Sentinel, in my opinion. He's a Seeker.
  10. I thought about this when placing Ahsoka because of her two sabers. I was gonna put her in Warrior but she's probably the #1 acrobatics person in the entire TCW series, scond maybe only to Ventress? AND the only one using two sabers that aren't of the same size.
  11. The book says that Luke was and always will be an Ace. Then why is he on the cover of the Sentinel book? I can't say, but I can tell you what the text of the AoR Core tells me, and it's pretty explicit that Luke is an Ace. He couldn't -just- be an Ace though, right. He'd have at least one spec from FaD.
