So I just worked it out... Instead of a third of each of the mods, we got 3 ordnance cards. Homing missiles, cluster missiles and ion torpedoes. I am ok with that personally - still adds up to the same number - but I can understand if others are not. Hysterically, the box art is still showing the previewed (x3 mods) image!

Gothic might be the biggest flop of them all. First thing people are going to do when it launches is draw paralkels wuth Armada, and I highly doubt GW staff has the knowledge to desugn somwthing even 20% as good. And apparently their proof reading sucks too!

I wish all of this was explained in the film. It is a bit hollow to just have "good guys" vs "bad guys". One of the things I liked about the original trilogy, and even the prequels, was the underlying theme of dissolution of the republic and centralisation of power. Not least because that story had real credibility and precedent in the analogy with Ancient Rome - so I could believe in it and even empathise with both sides a little bit more than just the good vs evil thing. TFA just lacks that depth - shame really.

Two tie interceptors with crack shot, same deal on deployment except - deploy short and in the enemy's face at range 1 (assuming they don't have PS9) so you can target lock. Focus from fleet officer. That is pretty much guaranteed 8 hits at PS 8 with crack shot if needed to help force damage through. If they are dead, they can't shoot back!

Nah, still a rookie compared to Cheese Wedge But like, Wedge didn't actually do anything impressive in the movies. He shot a couple TIE Fighters and threw some torpedoes at a big giant still object with no defenses whatsoever.Poe on the other hand did that and then some. This isn't because Wedge isn't a good pilot so much as it is the film techniques differed so much back then and they couldn't make it as impressive as they can now Are you seriously using meta/real world limitations to argue the capability of pilot skill? For real, are you..? Poe Dameron also had more than five minutes of screentime. Darth Vader was an ace pilot in A New Hope and the movie showed it despite the 1977 special effects. Wedge was just a guy who kept inexplicably surviving. Basically.Now, to his credit... He DID fly a T-65 X-Wing through the Death Star II and THAT AIN'T EASY..! But to his discredit Lando did it better. Honestly, I think Lando should be PS8. Because he's sure as hell better than most pilots out there. **** that man can fly..! I mean, not only did he fly it through the Death Star II, but he aced bigtime in the fleet battle! He was a huge target, but outflew countless TIE Fighters. Hell, honestly... Watched film yesterday - took the 6 year old and her best friend. It was good - as in great cgi, flight scenes et al. I was hoping for it to be awesome, but sadly the whole episode 4 repeat feeling, some pretty lame acting in parts, and a lack of back story to some of the characters was a bit unfortunate. I found Harrison Ford particularly old and doddery, and just not convincing - and Han used to be my favourite character. Still - it is a welcome return for the glory that is Star Wars, and brilliant just for that! So... EXCITEMENT!!

I agree these things can happen fast, but the blanking out of the dates makes one very suspicious that in this case there is a time-lag when orders were being taken, or misleading information being given to customers.

That Neb-b was lovely, so from that perspective this is a shame. Sadly, somewhat inevitable given Disney/Lucasfilm plans for the Star Wars franchise. All my sympathy is however reserved for those who ordered and paid for goods that they will not now receive. They are the real victims in this, and at Christmas that is a lot of money to lose. The really awful thing is the strong suspicion that Space Rocks continued to make sales in the full knowledge that they would not be fulfilling those orders (hence the redaction of the dates). There is a word for that - Fraud. I agree with the poster that urged those affected to notify their payment providers of the full circumstances, and let them pursue the vendor. Many credit cards provide protection against fraud, and if this was fraudulent trading, they will be best placed to knowwhat to do and how to do it. Perhaps also, we as a community need to understand also that FFG/ Disney etc and their recent actions to better control Licensing and Distribution is not an "evil" empire building excercise, but actually protects us (the consumer) from these sorts of people just as much as it protects the company/s. FFG in particular invest a lot of effort in this community, and it is not good for anybody when this kind of thing happens (even if they have no direct involvement). Like I said - I feel truly sorry for those who have lost out.

This is actually true. The whole staff is at a 1pm showing near their office. Well I was originally hoping for an article today too, but seeing this I am now kinda happy if they don't.
