  1. How does OS-1 Arsenal Loadout work with Cluster Missiles? https://xwing-miniatures-second-edition.fandom.com/wiki/Os-1_Arsenal_Loadout?file=OS-1_Arsenal_Loadout.png https://xwing-miniatures-second-edition.fandom.com/wiki/Cluster_Missiles?file=Cluster_Missiles.png (sorry, I cant figure out how to insert imagines.)
  2. Oooooo....I like this idea. Maybe Connie it with cannon point reduction (shooting for the stars here) At least a double tap when 2 cannons are equipped. (One attack must be cannon, bonus attack can be anything) I always thought the Bwing’s slender head-on frame should be taken into effect. If attacker is in Bwing bullseye then add a focus, blank or evade.

    Dark Disciple

That is a really good book. The writing style makes it an easy read; Just enough back story to emotionally invest into the characters; and tons of back lore and Star Wars stuff. And yes... we should get Voss pilot, maybe even crew? (Double sided, light and dark) And crew Ventress.
  4. Clear? I’s say midichlorians really muddied the waters up pretty good. I won’t disagree with your last statement of “explain force sensitivity” though. Anakin Skywalker: Master, sir, I heard Yoda talking about midi-chlorians. I've been wondering...what are midi-chlorians?Qui-Gon Jinn: Midi-chlorians are a microcopic lifeform that reside within all living cells and communicates with the Force.Anakin Skywalker: They live inside of me?Qui-Gon Jinn: In your cells, yes. We are symbionts with them-Anakin Skywalker: Symbionts?Qui-Gon Jinn: Life forms living together for mutual advantage. Without the midi-chlorians, life could not exist, and we would have no knowledge of the Force. They continually speak to you, telling you the will of the Force. When you learn to quiet your mind, you will hear them speaking to you.Anakin Skywalker: I don't understand.Qui-Gon Jinn: With time and training, Annie, you will. You will.
  5. Can’t argue with that. I’drather have a more of The Ones and Mortis than force giving bugs.
  6. You beat me to it. Just to add: the original Star Wars, before it was ANH, when Obi deactivates the tractor beams, the controls said “tractor beam”. After the 90’s rerelease the aurebesh was added in.
  7. Some clarification for my simple mind if you don’t mind about struts open vs closed: Open- “While you execute a maneuver, if you overlap an asteroid or debris cloud and there are 1 or fewer other friendly ships at range 0 of that obstacle, you may flip this card.” Closed- “You ignore obstacles at range 0 and while you move through them. After you reveal your dial, if you reveal a maneuver other than a 2 and are at range 0 of an asteroid or debris cloud, skip your Execute Maneuver step and remove 1 stress token; if you reveled a right or left maneuver, rotate your ship 90° in that direction. After you execute a maneuver, flip this card.” 1) Set template down and you move through an asteroid. -normal penalties? 2) Set template down and you land on an asteroid. ‘Flip Landing Struts to open’ -ignore the asteroid thus allowing an action and no damage roll? 3) next round, reveal a right turn. Rotate 90° right and remove stress. -Then Flip card over? Here is where I get confused. Closed side says skip execute maneuver, so when the card gets flipped to open wouldn’t normal asteroid penalties apply? Or... does the card get flipped to open then flipped immediately back to closed?
  8. Isn’t VTG practically worthless on ships with primary turret and no other firing arc? It is very situational with the double arcs, but you don’t get the double-tap that a jousting Ywing would bring. I think they are correctly priced.
  9. Advanced Senors in a Bwing or Starviper: Can they action link to red action, reveal blue maneuvers, execute the maneuver fully, remove the stress AND get normal action? ie: Bwing, focus to red barrel roll. Perform blue maneuver and pick up a lock.
  10. Hmmm.... I didn’t think the nubs (nibs) counted for anything. Meaning can’t use them for range or debris.

    A fix for epic?

@heychadwick and @Darth Meanie, as usual both are spot on. I love epic, a lot of fun to play and makes this game feel more Star Wars-y than tournaments do. @Bucknife, The majority “house rules” seem to focus on that Epic ships suffer in action economy and not feeling....epic...enough. Some ideas that I’ve tried are: •epic ship points do not count towards the total. (Load them up!) •epic can do all upgrade Actions in addition to normal action • small ship primaries can’t damage the epic shields, only secondary weapons. But.... to speed the game along and keep it organized, print out your lists before hand.

    A fix for epic?

How many times have you tested this?
  13. Can the Ghost get two actions with the Sheathipede docked (and titles)? Meaning, before the Ghost activates it can perform a Cordinate action. Then it moves, and then can perform its normal action.
  14. How I feel chasing down an ace.... and how I feel after realizing my mistake...
  15. Vader performs a talon roll, activates afterburners and performs a boost action even while stressed. Can Vader then spend a force charge to perform an action? Vader does not get to pick a normal action though due to stress but, I feel eel like I’m reaching here, his ability does say “after you perform an action” and afterburner does say “perform a boost action...”
  16. Hold on a sec.... Pattern Analyzer grants a bonus action (if stressed from maneuver)??????!!! I thought PA just granted normal action is stressed.
  17. Update... no surprise here, I’m an idiot. The wings rotate AROUND the cockpit, NOT angle up and down. Lol
  18. 4 matches against the Phatom/Defender has gone 2 and 2. Just the 2 I lost, was embarrassing. 😬 (hence leading to y’all’s advice. Thank you!) The two I won I played the dials better, but it was still close. So the plan is.... 1) Hit them first, and hard 2) Modify defense last, use elusive. 3) My advice to myself is plan the approach better. 😉
  19. Never thought about Elusive AFTER the juke. Hmmm..... thank you
  20. Any advice on 1 agility ships vs Juke? I was running: (34) Arvel Crynyd (3) Intimidation (2) Predator Points 39 (39) "Dutch" Vander (2) Dorsal Turret (3) Swarm Tactics (3) R3 Astromech (3) Seismic Charges Points 50 (46) Ten Numb (0) Jamming Beam (3) Elusive (2) Fire-Control System Points 51 (52) Wedge Antilles (0) Servomotor S-foils (4) R2 Astromech (3) Elusive Points 59 Total points: 199 vs TIE/D and 2 TIE Phatoms, all with juke. The Y and B wings had zero defense against juke. If they rolled a single hit, nothing to stop it. Any advice?
