It is a decent list but as zerotc just mentioned above me N'dru is a big liability when it comes to keeping momentum going. Try running this list sometime.

You get all of that at 99 pts. Yes you will lose a bit of firepower when Guri uses her APT but she will last longer then N'dru with any type of missle. Also every time I ran Guri with that set up she has hit with all 5 dice and done some massive damage to both Decimators and Raiders in epic. You could also drop Talonbane, the VI on Guri and the AR on Kavil to throw in a naked IG-88 which would put you at 100pts.
Your current list is going to be short on damage potential once N'dru uses his missiles or goes down - which he will, since at the end of the day he's still just a Z95.
Cluster Missiles on N'dru is good in theory, but is difficult to execute well. Ideally, you'd want to have the TL and focus lined up but even then you won't have any dice modifications on one of the rounds of shooting.
Personally I would drop the missiles on N'dru and either run him naked or just with Lone Wolf. Keeping him cheap is the best way to capitalize on his value.

Kavil acts like a poor man's Superdash with a 4-dice turret (when out of arc) and action economy (you gain a TL when you spend focus on Blaster Turret activation).
Meanwhile, BSAs provide great a great firepower base which will chew up generics; and a vanilla N'dru can flank and provide another set of 3 red dice from afar. It's hard to ignore any of those 4 ships.
