I have a question regarding Spectral Visitation and it’s intended working. At the moment it would seem like the target character mentioned in its pre-dash text would prevent Spectral Visitation from activating on an empty dynasty discard pile. As there would be no legal targets, hence the ability can’t trigger and costs can’t be paid. But the “Discard 4 cards” cost has a lot of people assuming that, Rules as Intended, it would always be sure to discard 4 cards first, so that you have a chance at a potential target even if the province would be revealed without any cards in the dynasty discard pile.

Can I use Iuchi Rimei to move an attachment that has a "Attach to X" requirement to a character that is not X? For example can I move my opponent's Tactical Ingenuity to a non-commander and it subsequently falls off? My understanding is that this should work because Rimei does not require the target to be legal/eligible like e.g. Giver of Gifts.

I need clarification on the interaction between All Out Assault and Seven Stings Keep. The way that I (and the others I'd spoken to) assumed it would work is that after you've played All Out Assault you could then bow Seven Stings Keep and name your number as usual, circumventing the drawback of AAO.

I am playing crane and have used Graceful Guardian. My opponent takes his conflict action and pays 1 fate to play Banzai, I play Voice of Honor to cancel, will VoH cost me 1 fate because of graceful guardian? What/When exactly is a players next action opportunity? Would the same timing and ruling apply to Court Musician?

If I play Against the Waves, choosing a character with Softskin attached, would the player controlling the Shugenja be forced to ready the character (and thus milling 3 cards), since the game state must be changed by the effects of Against the Waves.?

Is the honor exchange from the bid dial comparison during a duel considered to have been caused by the card that initiated the duel, or is it a separate effect tied to the frame work resolution steps of duels?
