  1. Agree wholeheartedly - thanks again SirWillibald!
  2. Thank you very much! EDIT: Actually, I'm having some trouble. The file is a zip collection of jpeg, no big deal - but the real issue is I do not seem to be able to print them...... 😞 Any advice is appreciated.
  3. Updated since when? I see only the 1.0.2 version that's been up for a while...
  4. I'm very much looking forward to this as I am in the middle of moving from binders to a box as well!
  5. Great stuff as always! Are you considering re-scaling the upgrade card dividers to be the same scale as the pilot card dividers, since all the cards are the same size now? Just curious. Thanks for your efforts and sharing!
  6. Only in the blister and not in the the Strife box?
  7. I second the Second Edition request/inquiry. Thanks!
  8. This is what we did as well. And yeah, there was a third clear set (as well as a spot gloss CZA X-wing without a placement stamp) that went to the TO.
  9. Yeah, the one turn is great! Yes, you get the one turn by dialing the 2 turn then using the ability to drop it down in speed. It will be very useful. If only the (edit: on the dial) T-roll was speed 2.....
  10. How about a 2 T-roll? Or 5 K? I like the versatility of this pilot.
  11. We just made the assumption that with the top 8 getting rulers and there being 6 frosted and 2 clear that the intention was for top 2 getting clear. I don't know if the packet that came in the kit gave any guidance in that regard or not. Nothing wrong with choice though.
  12. As most of us know there are 2 colors of range ruler sets in the Store Championship kits - frosted orange sets and clear lighter orange/yellowish sets. My question is: Which color is for what placing? Obviously the fewer number of color sets are for the top finishers (top 2), but I've seen each color represented as top 2 sets. Our SC kit had mostly frosted and a couple of the clear sets indicating the clear sets were for top 2. I have seen the frosted ones listed as top 2 finisher sets too though. Are the kits coming out with different ratios of the colors? Just curious - it could be that some other players are mistaken (I imagine someone would know whether they were top 2 or not), or they were able to chose the color of template sets they wanted (personally I like the frosted ones better, which works out as that's what I won lol)

  14. On the floor of the hotel room the night before the SOS. I played my brother a practice game with our lists for the next day, which I won. Guess who my first round opponent was the next morning.......? Yip, and when I approached the TO table and inquired about switching they said the re-matched a few times and it kept coming up - so I got to play my brother, whom I'd just driven 6+ hours with to get there and had the exact same match the night before. I played differently, but still won, as I was concerned he'd have the inside scoop on my plan. Thankfully we both still made Round 2, but not the final cut. The next morning, before the Hyperspace Qualifier, I approached the TO table and let them know that if I had to play my brother again in the first round that I was going to have a fit - like they would probably have to call security kind of a fit. We all had a good laugh lol, and thankfully I didn't have to play him at all that day.
  15. I am playing with 2-3 different lists just in case something like this happens just before Worlds....

    Q1 2018 OP Prizes

I hope the tokens have a bit of heft to them, like a nickel as opposed to a dime or penny (USD lol).
  17. We are staying at the Hampton a few blocks up from the FFG center.
  18. You would, in theory, only have a single stress from the Push. If you come into the turn (or somehow manage to acquire multiple stress) then all bets are off. But if you do have the single Push stress you could (potentially) clear that on your first shot. On the second shot only reroll one die, if you even need to reroll any - they might all hit
  19. If you only have the PtL stress and hit with your initial shot you could use Maul to clear that stress, freeing him up for the reroll on the revenge shot. Dial up a green and do it all again next turn.
  20. I'd go with the rules and True Line of Sight for shooting into or out of trees/woods with the appropriate modifiers applied. I would also play it that models outside of the trees, but shooting thru them at one another, would either a) not be able to draw a line of sight regardless of the actual obstruction (in an area terrain, trees are more than just the actual trees and have other brush/debris around them - assuming not a single tree - sort of way) or b) up the cover modifier by one. Or you could always just go with the RAW and make it TLoS all the time.
  21. I use Duplicolor white primer that you can pick up at NAPA automotive stores for around $5 a can. Like all aerosol primers/paints it works best if you don't get too close nor spray too heavily.
  22. The Hyperspace Qualifier winner (Tom Wiggin) is a great guy, tho I do wish I would have asked the TOs if I could pass the ticket to him if I'd won the final match (I feel like my list had the advantage over his list). We were both 5-0, but due to the fact it is highly unlikely I could make the event I conceded to him. There were a lot of Wookies on the top tables of Hyperspace with Tom's standard 3 Wookie build, his round 4 opponent had a Wookie (Lowhhrick I believe), my round 4 opponent's 4 KDefenders w/ Commandos and I had a trio of Wookies w/ Tacticians and Courier Droids as well as Ezra Sheathipede w/ R3A2/Snap Shot/Hera crew. So that's 11 Auzituks out of 13 ships on the top 2 tables in the Hyperspace Qualifier.
