  1. 1. What does any of this have to do with Star Wars? 2. Why are you guys still feeding this disingenuous and hypocritical troll? He’s got no real arguments and, like a child, is just arguing to be right when everyone is telling him he’s wrong. i think I’m going to take the advice of someone earlier in this thread and just report each post.
  2. Enjoy! http://www.legendsofthegalaxy.com/Customers/Baroon_Saa/assets/files/Pazaak Rules.pdf
  3. wow, didn't even know these existed, picking up what I can now. Thanks!
  4. I would agree with their value 100%, I ordered the only one i was missing when I pre-ordered S&S (not knowing the line was likely closing-down at the time) and have found them so useful for ensuring games are fluid on the fly. Not sure I have gotten more than any book but there are a few books I've mined to death, so YMMV.
  5. I pre-ordered a while back via GameNerdz and their site is updated to say 2/28, do we know the 'street date'? One of my group used to order direct from FFG and he usually had his in hand before the online stores had even shipped.
  6. I sincerely hope you’re right – I’m in some Facebook groups, but this is the most convenient place to come and discuss with fellow fans
  7. No Disintegrations, Fly Casual (loved the 'flavor' as they were my two first professions) and I also really liked the 3 most recent era sourcebooks.
  8. Export the stats from Oggdude’s - they look perfect
  9. So, I got the first time around that it was the medal from BBY but did you see something that specifies it as Han's medal and not the medal thew Chewie never got? I don't have the latest visual dictionary so am not sure if it was cleared up in there. That was pretty much exactly my take on it.
  10. no, is this available somewhere? Even in snippets? would LOVE to see some of this. I thought the exact same thing and although McDiarmid is old, all I kept thinking about was the sheer awesomeness of this Palp/Maul/Opress fight.
  11. Again; each to their own. The rescue at Dunkirk is a far cry from Japanese Whalers taking on the US navy. My opinion aside, I am genuinely glad others enjoyed it. Not all Star Wars will be for all people, that’s the new reality
  12. Funny, whenever a divisive film comes out there are always moments, scenes or lines that highlight the divide and, for me, this was one of the many lines that was dripping in Schmutzly Cheese and made it hard for me to enjoy the movie. i heard that and my first thought was “Sure, just ‘people’ but enough of them to beat a (presumably) highly trained military force in ships that was 10,000 more powerful than the First Order” (or whether that line was). Shows were my head was at by that point. to the other comments about noise in the theatre, I hadn’t even considered it till this thread but, having seen all the movies since AotC in the cinema at its first or second showing, i now realize that there was hardly any noise at all after the opening crawl. Before that were cheers, whoops and claps but after the crawl, even most of the jokes didn’t hit with the audience. Certainly not trying to be a Negative Nancy as I seem to be in the minority who didn’t enjoy it (anecdotally, I am the only person I know who doesn’t like it from the dozen or so of my friends who have seen it), just still so disappointed that the saga that has been a constant in my life since I was 7 ended with what felt like a fizzle and not a bang.
  13. Have you tried using this artwork to pay off an overdraft? http://www.27bslash6.com/overdue.html
  14. Man, could you ship me a copy of whatever movie you saw, doesn't feel like the same one I saw
  15. What a horrible, disappointing, lackluster and cliche ridden end to the series. 3/10. This is the first Star Wars movie that I am not sure I would go back and see in the cinema, and i even saw TLJ twice. I even enjoyed Solo more than this. so bummed.
  16. I forgot all about that. I will have to dig it out. Doesn’t it become a race against time to stop him becoming one with the device or similar?
  17. One of the players in a game I GM has picked up a "Cybernetic Brain Implant" (a la Lobot from ESB) and in the next session he will be visiting a surgeon to get it installed. I have a bunch of high jinks planned where the surgeon calls the Empire who turn up just as the Implant is rebooting and he will need to be rescued but what I'm curious about is how any of you have used this implant (or others) in-game? It gives a +1 to Intellect and has a comlink and computer access link so beyond allowing him to slice (somewhat) remotely, how else would you utilize this to further the plot? https://star-wars-rpg-ffg.fandom.com/wiki/Cybernetic_Brain_Implant
  18. Am trying to get a game in over Thanksgiving and am tempted to try this out (have never run Jyn): Tauntauns and The Fire Roosters (500/500) Jyn Erso (130) - Hunter (6) = 136 total points Rebel Troopers (40) - Z-6 Trooper (22) - Rebel Trooper (10) = 72 total points Rebel Troopers (40) - Z-6 Trooper (22) - Rebel Trooper (10) = 72 total points Rebel Commandos Strike Team (16) - DH-447 Sniper (28) = 44 total points Tauntaun Riders (90) - Hunter (6) = 96 total points AT-RT (55) - AT-RT Flame Thrower (25) = 80 total points Commands: Rebellious, Sabotaged Communications, Trust Goes Both Ways, Turning the Tide, Complete the Mission, Covering Fire, Standing Orders
  19. Post in a FB group or on meet up or at your LGS in the message board but offer to run a session of one of the starter sets. Even if you’re not all that experienced as a GM, offering to host and run a game generally has (in my experience) better feedback than trying to find a coveted spot in someone else’s game.
  20. @vitasmortis Still love this app! Are you planning on adding a Skirmish mode? Also, will you be updating any point changes (Chewie still shows up as 110, not 95). Thanks!
