  1. It was just out of curiosity since the N-1 appears only in the first prequel movie when Leia wasn't even born, and I did not know that it appeared in games or comics, much less with her flying one of those.
  2. May I ask.. according to canon sources, why should Leia be in a N-1 or a Y-Wing?

  7. Therefore something like this could also apply to Tie Strikers? Let's put this example: 1 bank that puts one corner of the base outside of the mat and then 1 hard turn that puts the ship back again into the mat. How would that work?

  15. Those were mere examples. Let's talk about how the match went, and how you approached such squad instead of calling for this, that and what not.
  16. Wait. My point wasn't about finding hard counters or such things. I was talking about actually using a good strategy to approach them. Just with the dreaded 5Y. You can counter them by bumping to deny shots.. staying at range 3 or out of the turret arc to prevent the double tap. ALL squads are counterable through that even if we're talking about lousy matchups. The 4 Phantoms have reposition and double action. But still we're talking about 4 5hp ships that defend 2 and can be heavily focused -- just as they would like to do.
  17. They are indeed good ships, but not game breaking. We have a case here in which a good ship with a good action economy is treated as something uncounterable. First it has Ps4. We're not even speaking about aces that will arc dodge you leaving you just looking at those red dice being dealt upon your ships. 5 hp overall with evade and (but maybe not always) focus. It can die in one single volley of fire by two ships. No native reroll. They rely COMPLETELY on what comes out from the dice roll + focus leaving the ship more open during defense. 2 defense die, which are just average like most ships. Now tell me, how could a list with three of those ships plus one with crack shot be uncounterable.

  20. It's incredible how many people are complaining about the phantom. Were you all complaining so much back in the day for Miranda and Nym or the Fennghost? Or were you among the ones playing those horrors so it was all peachy keen?
  21. Nope. I think that the I4 phantoms are priced appropriately. I said that It is ridiculous that people call for a point increase for a ship that has already been nerfed (swap crew for gunner slot). If you have read otherwise well, then re-read my post because it is nowhere near what you said.
  22. @Hiemfire so basically are you saying that the phantom generics are broken? Shall we talk about the not-so-broken 1-bank of the star vipers? Shall we talk about the not-so-undercosted pilot ability of Wedge which is always on (stygium array is not if stressed) Shall we talk about the X-Wings' double sided configuration that allows focus AND reposition? Shall we consider the gunner slot (lol) that allows nothing but Fifth Brother to be carried on board? No, the 4 Phantoms are broken. /sarcasm

  24. Yes but it's undoubtedly a list that requires planning and careful flying. This also applies to the opponent. Flying head on against 4 ships like that is madness. But apparently it's easier to whine and cry for points raise/nerf rather than actually use strategy. Keep in mind that in the current meta we have Leia almost for free that allows white k-turns and tallon rolls for wedge+casual ships that (oh look) have the same or more firepower. By the way, ps4 phantom 46pt.. ps6 wedge 52.. same stats. Hmmm... 😏
