  2. Hey all, Loving the game so far, but had a small rules questions that I don't think has been asked before. If an Imperial Loyalty Marker has been placed on the planet containing the Rebel Base (Say, by way of Superlaser Online), is the base revealed? It doesn't seem like it would be, but I didn't see it in the rules. Thanks!
  3. Good thinking! I am actually a big Xwing player, so I have a million of the cardboard green focus tokens. Those will make an excellent replacement!

  6. Hey all, I recently had some components damaged in an accident, and I gather that FFG doesn't replace these. So I figured I'd reach out to those on the forum here to see if they had any ideas. Focus Tokens: Was thinking I'd replace these with the FFG yellow/gold disc markers Omen Tracker: I have a few thoughts here; was thinking a circular plastic or glass marker of the appropriate size Ship/Train travel tickets: These ones have me stumped. Really not sure what I might replace these with, to be honest Please let me know if anyone has replaced/upgraded their ship or train travel tokens, and with what. Need some suggestions on these. Thanks everyone!
  7. The objectives would be the same as posted in the first list; Advanced Gunnery, Minefields, Contested Outpost. Enhanced Armament is interesting, though running two seems expensive, especially on Victory SDs that have such narrow side arcs. And if you run up against a lot of fighter or bomber squads, it doesn't seem like the fighter complement is enough.
  8. I have flown the Bomber-heavy list before. Had a lot of success using the Corrupter title and Admiral Chiraneau with Rhymer. Lets you break engagement pretty much at will to attack enemy capital ships instead. It's a lot of points, especially for Chiraneau, but I would recommend it. I'm also hesitant to use the Vic-1 too much. I've just found it really difficult to get those lumbering beasts close enough to use the black dice.

  10. I tried out the Chiraneau - Corrupter - Rhymer combo recently, and was frankly blown away by how good it was. Basically, if you keep your bombers close enough to the Corrupter to continue benefiting from Squadron commands, you never care about getting tied up. Just use the Chiraneau - Corrupter combo to move your Bombers with Rhymer away from the engaging enemy squads and fire at the enemy capital ship from close-medium range with Rhymer's ability. It worked way better than I was anticipating.
