  1. omikron grp pilot + darth vader + electronic baffle terrifying
  2. I love him as well. I prefer Stealth device over Hull Upgrade as it compliments his ability with the combination of wired.
  3. I thought about putting an EU on Dengar and have the list you suggest tested, Sorenter. Three Z with arrays are quite fun as well and can take a not too careful soontir out in one turn. The downside of that suggestion is that you put even more points into Dengar, which makes him all the more important for the performance of your squad. It can work out quite well, but for me personally I like to have a little bit more Mass and a little less dependancy on just one key ship. The punishing one is still the key to victory on many occasions, but four Z can be just as sturdy and can dish out quite some damage if left unattended. Both 3 Z with array and 4 Z without have up- and downsides, so i guess it all really comes down to personal preference or playstyle. Jmiahddixon, that is why I made him a bit cheaper. If that makes him lose his "Super" title, that is ok with me CRCL, to make blocking easier I prefer big asteroids and place them with the ones my opponent puts down, so I can make at least one side of the board a tightly packed asteroidfield.
  4. Dengar (33) Push the Limit (3) K4 Security Droid (3) Unhinged Astromech (1) Punishing One (12) Binayre Pirate (12) Binayre Pirate (12) Binayre Pirate (12) Binayre Pirate (12) Total: 100 View in Yet Another Squad Builder The Z´s acting like the anvil with dengar being the hammer, flown like an oversized super-ace. Use big asteroids to make blocking even more likely, clutter the area of your choice with them and lure the enemy in. Keep Dengar in the back and let the Z´s do their work before he gets into the thick of it. + blocking possibilities + force a choice on the opponent: dengar or the Z´s? + 5 ships + good hp + dengar - ps1 Z´s mean you shoot last - No initiative bid - its just Z´s - ? what other weaknesses do you see? do you like the list? how would you fly it? does it have potential?
  5. Had two testgames yesterday. against two torpedo Jumpmasters and palob godalhi as well as against a fat ghost w/autoblaster and accuracy corrector / biggs list. Won both of them through alpha strike superiority and the endurance of poe dameron. there is no "jumping through hoops". Put the Y and the K together and flank with poe, strike at the same target as often as you can. On the first approach: Fly Esege first to get in TL range, use double focus. Dutch follows, uses TL, gives Esege the second TL opportunity. both fire modified 4 plasma dice at one target. this may sound complicated but it is very seamless and easy in-game. just like using r4 agromech or somesuch. and trust me: you will have targets. you can even spread the bombers - as long as they are in range 2 of each other the combo works. so no ´roids will break your formation. you have none.
  6. Thank you for pointing out the lists weakness. poe is there to put up against that a bit at least. Other than arc dodgers there should be a lot of fun to be had
  7. Fly straight together at the opponent... focus Action. Tl. Done
  8. @banjobenito karhedron got it right. also, poe can use the focus without even spending it, so he can take TL as well for effective fire. In a statistically balanced turn this list will dish out its full damage potential of at least 11 hits. The danger of another 2 autodamage against shields adds to that, although it is unlikely the target will still have shields when the last plasma volley hits home. with the focus floating around I dont really need protons. the crit would be great, yes. But as you say, karhedron, there is not much space to play around with points.
  9. A friend came up with this list and horton salm instead of poe dameron and stomped my jumpmasters into the dirt. One J5K bit the dust before he even could fire back... I improved it with Poe to further go into Esege Tuketus Synergy potential and to have a more manueverable and dependable damage dealer/regenerator to back up the list. I like it. Only thing i have on my wishlist but cant afford is an r2 unit for dutch... Esege Tuketu (28) Plasma Torpedoes (3) Extra Munitions (2) Recon Specialist (3) Guidance Chips (0) "Dutch" Vander (23) Plasma Torpedoes (3) Extra Munitions (2) Guidance Chips (0) Poe Dameron (31) Adaptability (0) R5-P9 (3) Autothrusters (2) Total: 100
  10. I like it. How do you want to set up the Asteroids? I assume you want a clear center
  11. It depends. I found it to be restricting in certain situations, but that can be avoided. plan your moves ahead. thats all
  12. Hello everyone. Since there is a distinct lack in Mindlink Lists I want to share with you what I found to be a playable, competitive Mindlink Squadron. Total: 100 Gand Findsman — G-1A Starfighter 25 Attanni Mindlink 1 Greedo 1 Fire-Control System 2 Ship Total: 29 Gand Findsman — G-1A Starfighter 25 Attanni Mindlink 1 Fire-Control System 2 Ship Total: 28 Palob Godalhi — HWK-290 20 Attanni Mindlink 1 Twin Laser Turret 6 Ship Total: 27 Kaa'To Leeachos — Z-95 Headhunter 15 Attanni Mindlink 1 Ship Total: 16 Kaa´To and the Gand fly as a block, Palob acts as a sentry, skimming the flanks in range 3 using his tlt and providing focus for the squad. He will threaten the opponent just by staying in r3, as the opposing player still has to take him turning inside into account. If Palob is able to steal a focus he will provide it for the whole squad if they do not have any yet, which mostly only works against low ps opposing lists. Kaa´To can literally copy Foci from the Gand to get a second one and the gand themselves can - provided with focus by palob - use either evade or TL if they want that extra punch in the first exchange (and I am sure you want that). Everyone has PS5 which is great for flying and attacking first, great action economy and a terrifying offensive potential. Even stress is not that big of a problem: as long as Palob or anyone else in this list manages to fly a green after the whole squad was stressed, that pilot gets rid of it and can provide focus for the whole squadron. On the downside, collective k-turns are impossible (first one k-turns, gets all networked pilots stressed, everyone else with k-turn will be caught dead in the water), stress can still disturb effective flying and arc dodgers may become a problem if they cannot be catched early. The list is great fun. Try it out! Oh, and Greedo can be switched with any other upgrade you want. Tell me what you think or what you would do different.
