The Source - Ability Clarification

Can the heroes interact with the officer anywhere on the board? We just got done with this mission and once the 3rd door was opened the heroes used their combined 8 actions to move the officer across the board to the terminal and interact with it. As the imperial player, I felt completely helpless as the captured officer sprinted across the board of the last possible turn and won the mission. -
The Special Set up in the campain guide reads "Increase Threat by twice the threat level and resolve an optional deployment" We are playing this as the first side mission so the threat level is at 2. Does the special set up mean that the first turn we increase the threat level to 4 and each turn after only increase threat level by 2, or every turn you increase the threat level by 4? I think it is the 1st way (broken if the 2nd way) but I'd like the internet to confirm. Thanks!

Reanimate Token and extra attack rolls

The player who controls the familiar figure also controls Widow Tarha, so he/she should be able to use the ability on his/her turn no matter which figure is attacking. -
I've been through all the rule books and I have not seen any rules that limits the number of imperial units deployed in a game with less than 4 heroes. The only thing I saw on the subject was page 4 of the learn to play booklet, but I believe that only refers to the tutorial skirmish. Am I just totally missing something? It seems that a game with 2 heroes would have fewer imperial units than a game with 4 heroes. Can some one please explain? Thanks!
