    What are we missing?

    I'd like to see more Uthuk stuff as well. There are enough of them in other Terrinoth games that could be ported over to fill 3 h+m packs with the last 1e heroes: Berserkers, flesh rippers, warlocks, chaos lord, blood sisters, obscene, Viper Legion, Blood Harvester, doombringer, probably more I can't remember.

  3. Looks really cool Starting this one off with my brother. We have Challara necromancer, Seer Kel geomancer, Widow Tarha conjurer and Steelhorns beastmaster.
  4. One of the big boxes for sure. SoN has a better campaign, the best healer class (bard), and overall better content. LoR is still good, has the best scout class (treasure hunter), and has the basic II overlord deck.

    Wow, that's a ton of stuff you've put together for this, respect for the effort With so many items and interactions it's difficult to evaluate balance. As was said already, the main mechanic, hero's wallet, does buff the rest of the hero party by leaving more gold for them. It also doesn't matter what type of monster is killed, a shadow dragon yields the same as a zombie. I would add a melee restriction to helm splitter, as written it works with blessings of the goddess as a ranged attack, potentially granting very long range movement. Also, I'd recommend adding some background color to the item art.

  7. I think normal rules when placing something in a space or adjacent to a figure would apply. Since all the adjacent spaces are occupied, the monsters would have to be placed in the closest empty spaces instead. Then, because line of sight would be blocked, the monsters would be unable to target the resting hero and the free attack would be lost.

    No. Heroes can't use their hero abilities while knocked out, unless the ability specifically says so.

  12. Tried out RtL today and played through the goblin campaign. Gonna give the Kindred Fire campaign a try now, and thought it might be fun to stream it and let people stop in and watch or do a community playthrough. http://www.twitch.tv/mattigar44 Starting as soon as I get my stream settings sorted out.

    I think 'Shadow Step' is the better 3 xp card since it makes it possible to 'blink' past a blockade (except doors) or jump across a pit:) But it could be a useful thing if you can blast a group of monsters and self-destruct the target monster in the process. However, that is very situational and most of the time it is better to just perform the attack yourself and save 3 fatigue. And can you make the monster attack itself? It doesn't specify it on the card like 'Dark Charm'. For Shadow Puppet, its the Shadow Soul making the attack, not the monster, so you could attack the monster chosen, provided the Shadow Soul has range/line of sight on it etc.
  18. So a large monster can not expand into 'range' of attack? That is new information to me and I can find it in the rulebook in the sections 'movement' or 'large monsters'. I always thought that large monsters could use that to conserve movement point or avoid the trigger of abilities like Nimble. The relevant rule for this is found in the official errata and faq: While moving, you only occupy one space, so you must be able to declare an attack from that single space if you want to interrupt your movement (ie your melee monster must be adjacent, or one space away if it has reach). Note that this only applies when you want to interrupt the monster's movement. You can still end your movement (and lose any remaining movement points) then expand into range and attack, avoiding nimble etc. The rule only applies to interrupting movement, so no expanding into range then running away with extra movement points. You could however still move away after with a dash etc.
  19. New classes would be awesome indeed. They are top of my want list for new descent content. Now that all the 1E monsters are done, maybe we can get some Hero and Class packs to finish out the heroes.
  20. The FAQ allows heroes to gain movement points during the overlord's turn, with the provision that they are used immediately, before the the overlord resumes his turn. The example given is the Wildlander using First Strike with Running shot. One Fist using the Trident seems fine to me.
