Ikon84 got a reaction from Slothgodfather in Rule Clarification: UFOs after Global Defense
From Panic and Global Defense rules pages.

    1) "To increase panic in a continent, move its panic token one space on the panic track toward the orange space."
    2) "After resolving all global defense tasks, the commander increase panic [...]"
    3) "When a continent reaches the orange space, it has fallen into panic."
    4) "Its [the continent in panic] panic level can ONLY be reduced by mission effects."
    5) "To reduce panic in a continent, move its panic token one space on the panic track away from the orange space."
    6) "If a continent has fallen into panic WHEN UPDATING THE PANIC LEVELS IN THE APP, all UFOs in that continent are added to orbit."

Apply these rules this order and you'll see there are no UFOs in orbit.

It's clear that during the app update stage the continent is not in panic. This also prevented you to lose the game if you had one continent already panicked.

"If two or more continents have fallen into panic WHEN UPDATING THE PANIC LEVELS IN THE APP, the player lose the game."

Ikon84 got a reaction from ThatJakeGuy in Ongoing agendas and target -- Campaign Log
    As clearly stated here (https://www.fantasyflightgames.com/en/news/2014/11/11/threaten-the-galaxy/):

"Weakness Revealed, for example, allows you to choose a hero, and force that hero to deal one less damage when he attacks and receive one less block when he defends for the current round."

Ikon84 got a reaction from rgsbrpb in Official Clarification from FFG on some items
Answer to question 1 made by MyNameIsDonovan is wrong for many reasons. If that is an official answer from a designer, well I'm sorry but shame on him...

First of all, game has official terms so let's use them: tech cards. Research card is something people don't know. They might try to guess, but we are here to clarify not to mess everything up more than it already is...

Now second point is that TECH CARDS MUST ABSOLUTELY NOT be placed on the bottom of the deck! Just play the game once and you'll understand why...

The Chief Scientist may play Alien Alloys and "Place 1 discarded tech card on top of the tech deck". Now if we've placed the discarded tech cards on the bottom of the deck the scientist is not able able to select the card among the discarded ones. He/She can only select the card among the entire deck instead. Even worse, in this way the scientist has seen the sequence of the entire deck and thus the deck needs a reshuffle (we are fair players, right? don't cheat please!). So keep a side deck of discarded tech cards, reshuffle the side deck only when the main deck is out of cards. This works fine and allows you to do exactly what Alien Alloys tells you to do.

Otherwise if we want to say Lukas was right, Alien Alloys card must be wrong and needs at least to be rephrased.

Ikon84 got a reaction from Slothgodfather in [App Request] Very minor tweak! Please add.
I agree on standing up, actually the best would be a touchscreen surface (touchscreen table) managed by the app that would work as a board. I guess the price of the game would increase though. The size of the package too
