To be fair, your main selling point for me is convenient image view. Sometimes I just print my lists to save time digging in a pile of cards. It is an amazing feature.

I have to admit, I like Field Commander rules, and don't have any issues with them. You're saving points, but you're losing many meaningful abilities that come from commander keywords and upgrades, as well as limiting yourself to the generic command cards. It seems like a good choice with it's own weaknesses. Now, specifically for the Bounty, I would probably amend its text to include Field Commanders. However, it's not critical, as Bounty is a bonus and it's fine that you don't get to trigger it every game, as well as you don't get to use Jedi Hunter when there are no Jedi in the enemy list, and you don't get to enjoy the benefits of impact weapons when there's no armor to shoot at.

I flew two T-47s today, and I'm very pleased. Probably someone will tell me I should not have had fun, but I already had. This unit is worth taking now, IMO. Not always, and not always two, but it will stop collecting dust now, which is great.

Great initiative (as opposed to some corporate driven actions cough cough). All the best for Alex, I'm sure with his talent we will be seeing more of his games in the years to come.

Overall, I'm very happy with all the changes. Most of them look on point and smart, and I can't wait to try them. Context: I own all 4 armies, so not like I'm biased to one side. This is the joy with a bit of sadness, because now we know that (at least somewhat) different team will be handling the game. Yes, this huge update was a long overdue, but it delivered. I really hope AMG will keep the general direction of the product and will keep the precise balance between refreshing the meta and staying true to the identity of the game. Also, my 2 T-47s be like:
