I've played teh Doom Shuttle quite a bit and have learned that you don't want to keep the shuttle out of the fight for more than a round, two at the more. The extra damage that is can deal with just 3 red dice plus Vader is significant. If you have a bad roll with one of your defenders, you don't want to get left with a single defender and a shuttle.
Maybe slow roll the shuttle on turn on, continue with 1-straight\banks and lob dice from afar. Just don't wait to long. Without Palp, most people will ignore it for the first couple turns.

With Lightning Reflexes, you're going to REALLY want Twin Ion Engine Mk. II on Ryad. You will be very easy to block with only straights as green with a stress.
That being said, it only leaves 1pt for initiative. That puts Whisper in an odd place against Aces lists. You'll really want to win that bid.
The best thing that I can think of is to change the shuttle since it is unlikely that you'll be within range 1-2 of the shuttle with either Whisper or Ryad very often. Besides that, Whisper has FCS. So you're really only going to be helping Ryad if she's in range 1-2.
I do like your list, I'm just trying to think through a 6-8 turn game and how it would play out. I think I'd go something like this if you want to keep Advanced Sensors:
Omicron Group Pilot — Lambda-Class Shuttle 21Advanced Sensors 3Ship Total: 24"Whisper" — TIE Phantom 32Veteran Instincts 1Fire-Control System 2Agent Kallus 2Advanced Cloaking Device 4Ship Total: 41Countess Ryad — TIE Defender 34Adaptability 0Twin Ion Engine Mk. Here is a slightly different take that will help strip tokens before OA fires. Looks like fun, too!

II 1TIE Shuttle 0Ship Total: 22Obsidian Squadron Pilot — TIE Fighter 13Ship Total: 13Systems Officer plays into Vessery very well, then he plays into Omega Aces's need to have the target not have tokens. I'd imagine someone would spend tokens to avoid being TB'd and reduced agility then be shot at with Vessery's 3 red dice. -
I've used this build that helped greatly against a Dengaroo build. The push for Vader and the additional stress helped mitigate Manaroo's shenanigans with actions being pushed over to Dengar. Once Manaroo went down, Dengar wasn't so bad without all the actions.

The wings look like they fold up like suicide doors on a lambo.
It looks like there is a front and rear crew. So it would make sense to be applicable to "tail gunner".
Further, it looks like the middle section is bomb\munitions capable, which would make sense in Rogue One on planet\based attacks.
So my guess is going to be a TIE Bomber upgrade that is slightly faster with less munitions.
Just my 2 cents\observations.

All it needs is a clear base and a cardboard chit with firing arc!!!
I'm guessing similar dial to the Lambda with perhaps a forward 4, white 3-bank, and no stop.
-
Thank you both.
-
Curious if this works. It says ..."against a ship inside your firing arc"...
Since a K-wing, for example, has a 360 degree firing arc, I suspect it works at range 2.
Thank you kindly.

The Lambda is a gorgeous thing for repaints and comes laden with useful goodies, upgrade wise it's probably one of the best when it comes to bang for your buck. HLC's, Sensor Jammers, Rebel Captives, Advanced Sensors, all upgrades that are rather in short supply.
The dark side is strong with temptation. Your logic and reasoning with its words and meaning. Now I'm tempted to get more just to fly 4 of them!!
Dang it, I hope my LGS is sold out....

MIne aren't as beautiful to look at as yours

I had a huge mess in all my X-Wing stuff, this is the shot I took after sorting all my ships, and sorting the cards by faction / upgrade type. I haven't gotten further than that yet - I still have a big messy pile of bases and tokens and pegs...
5 Lambda shuttles? Seriously? Just for the hell of it, you MUST fly the space cow herd list!!!!! DO IT! and report back! I'd play you just to say I played against a 4 shuttle list. LOL I'm still laughing.
Awesome collection too.
Still, 5?

My local store will have them this weekend. I usually order from Mini Market but since I'm not buying a whole wave I'll give my brick store some patronage.
I'm normally on the same boat here, but the MM price is only $4 less than the Brick store locally. I figure even at $8 for two boxes, it's worth supporting the local folks where I play. I guess that was the point of the Ass-Mo-Dee deal though. Such is life.

I've got to say that it pains me to hear so many folks have such poor experiences at game stores. I guess I'm spoiled. The local store near me is a coffee shop with great cooler of bottled drinks, good food, and a killer coffee & drink bar. Oh, and they sell games, comics and other things like MTG, X-wing, etc. They have a great cafe in the front and on the side and back they have tables for gaming. There are nights reserved for different games, FNM for example, Monday X-wing, etc.
Everyone there is awesome from a customer service perspective and the business is a great model for success.
Perhaps I should tell the guy to expand to all 50 states!!
May all your hits be crits, cheers!!!

I only bought one. I've had fun running it alongside Boba. I'm sure he'd work great with Dengar too.
I ran this setup with "B" and Boba for several months. I'd keep IG-B at distance and get VI Boba in close. It worked great for Boba to strip shields at PS10 and then IG-B to throw the HLC action. I went 3-3 at last year's local regional, I would have done much better if I was a better pilot... :/

This stuck out to me.....
...and force your opponents to suffer the lingering effect of tractor beam tokens that are not removed during the end phase.
I know the articles are written with inaccurate grammar sometimes, but this infers that this ship will be able to assign multiple non-removable tractor beam tokens.
Intriguing.

Side question: Where do you find the status. When I look at the product page, it only shows "Not yet released".
Here is the product link that I'm referring to above. Thank you.
Nevermind, found the "Upcoming" link after I posted this senseless dribble.

I use off-season (can we call it that?) To fly other lists. I fly ships, lists, and combos that I normally play against so that I can learn from the perspective of the other side. It makes my primary lists stronger.
Above all else, try new things, have fun, fly casual!!!

Yes, this was my idea originally. I figured since there are so many high HP builds that having a defender strip a green die for 3-4 TIE attacks would be highly effective against the 2-dice large ships.
I considered Vessery, but he's less of a closer IMHO.
Great suggestions. Any others?
