I don't play ordinance typically but I have a friend who swears by cluster missiles and guidance chips to add a double attack to his missile boats, typically imperial.
I've been on the receiving end of it a few times. It can be devastating when he has decent dice.

I've never played this and it doesn't exactly meet the op requirements but what about this:
B-Wing: Blue Squadron Pilot (22)
B-Wing: Blue Squadron Pilot (22)
X-Wing: · Biggs Darklighter (25)
· R4-D6 (1)
Integrated Astromech (0)
Z-95 Headhunter: Bandit Squadron Pilot (12)
Z-95 Headhunter: Bandit Squadron Pilot (12)
-- TOTAL ------- 94p. --6 left points to modify to your preferences.
Fly Biggs with the B wings to keep them alive a bit longet and block with the Z 95s.

I am a casual player and Ouray group just print our lists and we play, often misinterpreting or just plain forgettingthe rules. I don't think the game needs a complete overhaul though a new rule book with the FAQ rulings integrated would be nice.
That said if they did decide to do a 2.0 I think they would move away from 100 point list for tournament play. They would probably move to 1000 points so upgrades costs could be fine tuned. Veteran Instincts for example costs 1 point currently. That feels a little inexpensive for its in game value but 2 points would make it over costed. On a 1000 point scale it could cost 15 points and be appropriately costed.

It could also be the the rebel leadership let Wedge and Leia think Kanan and Ezra are dead but the are moved to a different rebel cell and kept secret from the OT characters as a contingency if the cell the OT characters are part of gets destroyed.

I am not a tournament player and I casual play I don't see that Biggs is too much of an issue, but if a nerf is required why not "deadeye" him. Only allow his ability to protect small base ships. It's thematic and stops his use with the ghost or falcon.

Jyn Orso also give insurance against being blocked. The ship blocking the ship she is crew will cause her to trigger and she can assign her ship a focus.

Just for the people saying reverse grip has NO use... That's also not quite true. There are more than a few historical fencing manuals which reference fighting with a dagger held down-hand usually paired with a sword. There are a number of theories as to why (armour penetration being one of the most popular ideas) I might also suggest that simply the broadening of attack options (as in there is stuff you can do with a downhanded knife which you cant with an uphanded when in a grapple) might make it worth it.... But they dont really carry over to full length lightsabers.
In modern combat training the reverse grip is sometimes used to confuse the defender. If the defender doesn't realize that you have a knife they assume you are throwing a punch and react differently. Something that the attacker can exploit. At least that's what my SF HtH trainer told me in the Army.

I don't have an opinion on whether or not TLT are overpowered, but I joined X wing at the height of the "Phantom Menace" and there is a disturbing similarity to the threads about the Phantom. They go something like this:
Poster 1: X is OP.
Poster 2: No it's not X movement is very predictable/ falls to focused fire. I beat it all the time. You need to fly better.
Repeat.
I trust MJ's math that claim that it is the most efficient jouster, but jousting efficiency isn't everything. Just look at the Falcon to see an example of an inefficient jouster that is still competitive (or was pre-TLT).
If the TLT is OP, I wonder if the simplest solution is to grant an extra green die against all weapons not just primaries. That's a slight nerf that also affects super Dash, Brobots and other cannon carriers but it never made sense to me that you only got an extra die against primaries.

I love the T-65 but I have struggled with them. I have tried the usual suspects without much success. Because of this I am looking to try something a bit out of the box like this:
Jek Porkins (26)Elusiveness (2)R5-D8 (3)Integrated Astromech (0)Tarn Mison (23)R7 Astromech (2)Integrated Astromech (0)Rookie Pilot (21)R2 Astromech (1)Integrated Astromech (0)Rookie Pilot (21)R2 Astromech (1)Integrated Astromech (0)Total: 100I ran the same list this week except swap Porkins for Hobbie with Targeting Astromech and bump the Rookies to Reds. It was super fun to fly and I would definitely use it again.
I went Porkins because of the stress meta (stressbot/tactician)

I was thinking something like this:
Arvel Crynyd (23)Chardaan Refit (-2)Adaptability (-1) (0)A-Wing Test Pilot (0)Total: 21To make Arvel a better blocker and increase his chance of having and action for repositioning, attack or defense. -

What I want to know is, where is Ventress? She's the real wild card, being a Sith burned by the Sith. If she shows up and does something awesome I'll be a happy camper. Ditto Cad Bane.
Ventress is dead.
Isn't Vos still alive though?

Davey said turrets need to be examined (Something similar to that)
Probably going to see defenders get an extra green die if they are outside of your arc for all turrets.
That would have no affect on Y wings with TLT and title. It's my opinion but the spamming of that combo is at the heart of the TLT needs a nerf conversations.
I disagree. I think the Droid/Title/TLT thing is fine and good to have. It is not without it's drawbacks and only messes up Aces, which are currently dominating the game anyway. I see it as an important counter, same as Omega Leader or Crackshot.
I do wonder if TLT by itself is a little too efficient. It probably is, by a point or two, especially if you believe MJ's math (which I do). But I think the Wave 8 stuff will mostly solve that issue, so I am willing to wait and see. If anything, I am more afraid the TIE Defender titles will be too much.
What are you disagreeing with?
I agree the TLT stressbot is a good counter to action dependent aces. I personally have no problem with the combo.
I think the issue that is causing the debate is the spamming of the TLT/Title/R2 or unhinged astromech combo. I'm not sure if that combo is OP but I understand how people can think it is.

Obi-Wan does say,
Obi-Wan isn't exactly the most reliable source of facts... He did after all tell Luke that his father was killed by Darth Vader. Kenan isn't technically a Jedi, he was a padawan when order 66 happened so he never took the trials. That means Ezra can never be a Jedi either.
Plus the idea that somehow Obi-Wan and Yoda could make it that long without being discovered but no other Jedi could find a place to hide in the whole galaxy is simply too far fetched.
Kenan and Ezra may die before the end, but I don't think that's a given or need to happen.
Obi Wan and Yoda were effectively Jedi Zealots. They don't really acknowledge other force using traditions, even those focused on the light side. If I remember correctly officially Ahsoka isn't a Jedi, she left the order. Maybe in Obi Wan's and Yoda's eyes they are not considered Jedis, but still worthy of Jedi training, and maybe they are just Jedi candidates to Obi Wan and Yoda.

Wouldn't be surprised to see Kallus defecting later on in the season...
I hope somthing really big happens first. You can't just have an instant side-swap. Maybe something like Prince Zuko in Avatar.
Absolutely agree. It's one thing when it is 'good guy' vs 'bad guy (from a certain point of view); but when you put the shoe on the other foot and realize the bad guy isn't bad at all... then the conundrum sets in.
Maybe he's from Alderaan

You could just have a 1 or 2 point X-wing title that adds a boost action. The T-70 already has boost so it won't help them, just the T-65. This would allow a player to select either IA or AT to add some durability and have some arc dodging capabilities to the T-65. 2 dice evades in a TLT or turret heavy meta just isn't enough.
Luke would be a tank on par with Poe but not be action dependent.

Half of Arvel's problem is that he's higher PS than any generic pilot, which means that he has to give up his action to use his ability against them. Which means with Rage, he's wasting even MORE points.
The other problem is that he very rarely gets to use his ability. It's just too situational -- you have to be going against something higher PS (generally speaking), and have to be in a position to block while still getting arc on the target. You're paying good points for something that rarely works.
So . . . yes, Rage could be nifty on him, but it's not really going to be much better than just slapping Intimidation on him. Perfectly fun in friendly games, but still not really viable in a tournament -- there's just so much wrong with the base ship.
I have been looking at adaptability (-1 PS) on him, so he can be a better better blocker. It still doesn't help versus generics but he could cause trouble for PS6 and above.

Yeah so a stresshog would only be able to pile stress on to one ship, ans the rest would take a stress each (if they hadn't already) and it would stop there. So you wouldn't end up with your list all having 3 stress each.
That's still pretty limiting
-
It will be useful but you will need to plan your maneuvers/actions carefully.
I envision a scenario like this:
Imagine a GS A Wing Swarm
Ship 1: red maneuver, stress, assign stress to ships with AML
Ship 2: green maneuver, shed stress, focus, assign focus to ships with AML
Ship 3: green maneuver, shed stress, focus, assign focus to ships with AML
Now you have 1 ship with stress and 2 focus tokens, and 2 ships with no stress and 2 focus tokens
or
Ship 1: non-red maneuver, focus, assign focus to ships with AML
Ship 2: non-red maneuver, focus, assign focus to ships with AML
Ship 3: red maneuver, stress, assign stress to ships with AML
Now you have 3 ships with 2 focus and 1 stress.
An opposing stresshog would severely handicap this type of list and since it's so prevalent I don't expect to see a lot of AML.
No, you have 2 ships with a focus and a stress and one with 2 focuses and a stress. Mindlink doesn't assign a token to someone that already has one.
This is how it would actually look:Ship 1: non-red maneuver, focus, assign focus to ships with AMLShip 2: non-red maneuver, focus, tries to assign focus to ships with AML but everyone already has one.Ship 3: red maneuver, stress, assign stress to ships with AMLThanks, my mistake but replace the second focus with an evade and you get 2 actions and no stress for 2 ships, 2 actions 1 stress for the 3rd or 2 and 1 for all three. PTL on all 3 would be 9 points.
I think I corrected my post to reflect the proper sequence/tokens.

Porkins?
Jek Porkins (26)
Rage (1)R5-D8 (3)Integrated Astromech (0)Total: 30Only if you want him dead without being shot at.
Not true. If you have R5-D8 you have a good chance of removing any damage you get. If you get the damage and spend your next action trying to clear it, there is only an 11% chance that there will still be damage left after that.
If only the rebels had the Emperor to pair with Porkins. Porkins would be immortal(ish) and stress what stress.

I am an old school BT player too. You should look at Alpha Strike. Huge improvement on playability and lance diversity.
