Conversion box no shields, focus, evades?

[Conversion box no shields, focus, evades?]

Hey guys i seen some unboxing video of the conversion boxes  for rebel, scum and imperial and i just notice  theres a bunch of tokens like force , charge, ect  but i seen none shields, focus  and evades.  FFG say that token are made more simpler in 2.0 so if none in the box us veteran player we play with 1.0 tokens till we buy more ships?  Or the youtube video i watch  maybe skip a cardboad of token with the typical shields and focus and evade maybe?  Anyone know if these tokens are in these boxes?

i am pretty new to the game, but experience player in Magic the gathering, in Magic was recomanded use 2 color incase opponnts  stop you with a card vs your color cant do anything then u had other color to rally on.

 

  But in this game is it better focus build a deck with just 1 Affiliation, or better mix and match 2 factions?, in your experience best deck u guys see was it build around 1 faction or mix?
