Have 1A, looking for 1B or 1C

Not sure I'll be able to attend with 1A, hoping to find 1B or 1C.

[Are tickets transferable?]

I got my notification that I'm able to get in on Day 1A for X-Wing, which is great.  The problem is that I won't know for sure if I can go to the event until the end of March.  I'd like to buy my ticket so I don't miss out, but if it turns out I can't go, am I able to transfer my ticket/registration to someone else who can take my place?  I realise I can't give someone else my chance to buy a ticket, as per the email, but I'm talking about once the ticket is already purchased.
