  1. So i’m Going to embark on a new journey, running a dark side campaign. So far I know I basically have to reverse the rules of morality and using light and dark pips. But does anyone have any suggestions about how to effectively do this? So far our characters consist of consular as an Imperial Inquisitor, a Droid Commando, a Sabateur/Mechanic, and I’m using a Sentinel Shadow as an Emperors Hand. There’s really no Dark side classes that I can find so this is what we’ve got. For us force wielders I’m going to change up a mission in acquiring lightsaber crystals to include making them bleed and require approval from Vader or the Emperor as a show of loyalty.
  2. So I'm getting ready to start the campaign, and I'm thinking I might have 5-6 players. I've looked into the rules for that and all, but I'd like to extend the campaign. Would I do that by simply adding a story mission and a side mission or by adding two side missions? What are your suggestions?
  3. I live in CO. I also posted in the local FanForce board there as well.
  4. I would say it adds 1 melee defense 1 threat. That's just the cross guard part. As for the cracked crystal/unstable blade, I would say that it adds +1 damage and as a special feature 3 threat means the weapon shorts out/ over heats and needs 3? rounds to cool down until it can be reactivated.
  5. So, here's the deal, my Wednesday evenings have become aggressively boring and I want to find an online group to play with either using roll20.net or rptools.net. Here's the other deal. I'm posting this in all three Star Wars game forums because I don't want to be limited to just one core book. I'm a complete novice when it comes to using these websites, so someone who is proficient would be nice, if not, I'll learn, but currently it looks like rptools is easiest to use especially since I'm mac based. Also, I'd rather be just a player rather than a DM, but once again, if I can't find a DM I'll do it, but I think I'll be running adventures out of the books because I feel my creativity is low right now. Hit me up if you're interested.

  9. Hey guys, I have been trying like hell to get this to run in crossover since I use mac. Any suggestions for getting it to run?
  10. I would really like to see what these look like, but they're error 404
  11. Ok, So just for clarification, The (light/dark) symbol is the cost? Example would be one symbol is a price of one pip and two symbols would be a price of two pips. And thank you all for the clarification on 4.
  12. Hey guys I'm a first time DM for this system and I'm going to be playing my own character as well. I know it's a monumental task, but I think I can do it. Anyways, here's my character, any feedback is appreciated, but I do have some questions. Sorry about the size differences my scanner is all weird right now since I'm still learning it. http://i1372.photobucket.com/albums/ag343/levonfuhr/ZEF1_zpsbvgzzevi.jpeg~original http://i1372.photobucket.com/albums/ag343/levonfuhr/ZEF2_zpsar9oot5c.jpeg~original 1. Is Force Rating calculated by Force Talents (the ones with the burst in the corner) or only the talents that specifically say to increase it by one? 2. I'm confused as to the cost of activating force powers. Where do I find the cost and how does it work with upgrades? 3. The force power I chose is Enhance, and it says to make an Enhance Power Check. Is this done simply by adding the force die to my role or some other way? 4. I keep seeing something about non-force sensitive characters getting more experience since force sensitives are granted and automatic FR of 1. I own all three FFG Star Wars RPG books and can't find anything specific, but the number I keep hearing from other people who've played say its around 20 xp. Can I get some clarification on this?
