See you "ma" is female.

So your dad is Santa Clause and your mom is the Force. Huh.

Destiny has a much more cohesive vision, much better looking product, and smoother, thematic game play. And it also addressed power creep much better than dice masters imo.
So while you maybe, one day, might see it I definitely wouldn't hold my breath.
Both games fell by the wayside at my lgs. I play and like both, but I like dice masters a bit better. (more licences, no hyding all the fave chars as ultra rares)

At the moment all my money is going into Destiny though
but once I've gotten all the cards I want I might look at getting some of the older VS System games which seems like they might be fun to play. As far as I'm aware there are two types of the VS System though, so will have to investigate a little further.
Well it is striclty a dice game. The cards are just there to tell you what the dice do. (This is is because each die has 3 cards that will let you play the same character in different ways)
It's basically a bag building game, you start with generic dice and you buy better dice troughout the game.

) or Marvel?
I post in this particular forum because I like the gameplay mechanics of Star Wars: Destiny, but a card-only mechanic would also work.
I ask the question because there really are no decent board/card games out there that feature DC or Marvel. While there is Legendary from Marvel and Cryptozoic's Deck Building game for DC, I don't particularly like the gameplay mechanics. Apart from those two games there really is nothing decent out there.
You would think that two comics companies that have been around for so long would have the market covered by now.
Anyway, just thinking out loud and wondering whether FFG would even be interested. I ask the question fully realising that a licence is required and is a crucial part to even thinking about getting such a project off the ground.
How about a Marvel/ DC dice game?

Tried that with Magic once. Turns out opponents don't like a deck made of 59 Mountains and 1 Storm Crow.

The 3 most powerfull rare cards... you might never play with/against.
That's what I like about this game. Not having to worry what deck everybody will be playing the moment the next set gets spoiled.

Okay, what happened this time? Usually when somebody on this forum starts a food themed thread, some minor flamewar has broken out and we all need to relax and talk about food for a bit.
So what happened?

"Pretend to be stupid, I do not. Ready with assumptions you are! Never wondering if looks can be deceiving! Hrrrmph. In riddles I speak not. Hear them you do because to focused on seeking answers you are."

Entering planet orbit, search for ONE SINGLE OLD small green creature, notice this "Being" does not want to be found and have purposely hidden there as there are so many lifeforms there so using some form of life scanner is out of the question. So this will take time.
When I first saw tESB I tought this was how all Jedi trained. You found yoursel a lone sensei who tought you how to become a jedi. If you couldn't find a teacher, you where probably not worthy.

The big difference this weekend was it was the first time I played without House Logos. I still had fun, but I can’t overstate how much I missed them. To make matters worse my opponent had House Logos and used them to great effect.
It is obvious that I will need to get used to life without Logos just so they won’t become a crutch for me. However, once I familiarize myself with all the houses it’s hard to imagine I won’t gravitate towards decks with Logos. I’m thinking Logos/Dis/+?. I haven’t played a deck with Logos and Dis yet, but I think they will fit my play style. I am leaning towards Untamed or Shadow for my 3rd house.
bah! that's 3 more plays than I have!
When is this game comming out?! (Well don't come out to soon either, still playing AOS champions here!)
I got the same thing with Proffesor X in dicemasters (he lets you take back spent dice so you have more resources on your next turn. Another one where you'll notice the difference when you play without it.)
For a third house I'd be tempted to say Shadow. Seems very Blue/Black in Magic terms.

Maybe it was something in his eyes--or rather, his eye, or rather, his lack of eyes, or wait never mind it's back up to eyes again. It could have been something in his stance, like how he didn't really have a stance or even a discernible form in the first place. Perhaps I just didn't like his tone of voice when he ceaselessly trumpeted "TEKELI-LI! TEKELI-LI!" or something. I only knew one thing for certain: This guy was trouble.
I was sent to Callifornia to investigate the coastal communities as part of the Insmouth case. If such horrors could happen on the East coast, they could possibly also happen here, on the West. While I was snooping around I met this darkly tanned surfer dude called "Gnarly" Hotep. He seemed like a real nice guy...
