Hull Fanatical midnight was one of my early darlings when we got FO, im suprised that didn't catch on more with kylo tavson, especially after wave 3 hit. I still think it's got legs but i do not have the motivation to try and prove anything anymore

Just now, RStan said:Leintz and myself were discussing 7B Sense Regen Anakin, CLT Obi and Chopper Lumi although unsure if Lumi should have CLT, if Anakin should have Spare Parts Canisters, or just keep the 6 bid. CLT seems valuable on Lumi against swarms where she ends up still moving after opposing lists while not making Chopper erratic. Spare Parts Canisters seems good for more regen and dropping the debris with sense information sounds pretty good against Nantex and other high bidding i6s.
i am incredibly pro 7b, so i will always lean towards getting more of that. The double 5 version also gets you basically all the toys ( regen, sense) which I feel makes you less dependent on one ship. Spare parts cannister reminds me of sloane where it's obviously very good and under taken but there's so many other pushed choices in the faction that it doesn't sow up on a ton.

there's an actual answer for when to han that's pretty elegant if you don't know it , alternativly, i can link you where i got my wristband and recommend a good picture of Bunn to put in it

I feel ya, that's why i made that handy arm band guide for krayt cup to help me remember when to han

@RStan alex handed us two lists before worlds, the one nathan and @Micanthropyre flew, and 7b obi, 7b pl, chopper lumi. I like that second one alot better though it has a much more terrifying matchup vs sun fac. I had to cancel my l5r worlds trip, but that freed up crossroads time, so the top things on my list are to continue practicing Alexs 3 aether build or some sort of han luke. I see alot of swarms and alot of things that move late, so Han seems like a really good call right now.

player counts stayed the same, just relative standings. Grats on making top 32 btw

Knowing its first month tournament performance makes getting dunked on by high init re-positioning tractor token 270 turret engagement demolition aces alot more fun.do you have the original or the post judge correction standings? Obviously nantexs only did regular well in the original version, but once it was determined that all the judge calls were wrong we had to go back and redo it. Duncan Howard is the new world champion, and nantex lists were six of the top sixteen, including making the final table. I can get you a copy if you want

I doubt it could easily be demonstrated that it's widely unfun enough to warrant measures either tbh. A poll would not reach far and would most likely attract far more unfunners that OKers.
Bottom line is that it will need to become much more widely used and win something major before anything changes, regardless of opinion. Unfun is one thing, unfun and successful is very much another.
Personally, I don't find it unfun or OP, but it wouldn't surprise me if it did grow into just that, for a large enough majority, and receive treatment. The opposite would not surprise me much either tbf.
It actually doesn't need to win a ton and be successful if its unfun and justifiable to take. We have the example of the trip upsilon getting an emergency points change without necessarily winning much or being that widespread.

@Biophysical Your article reminds me of Yuri Orlov's (Lord of War) two great tragedies in life and how it relates to ships and pilots transitioning to 2.0. "There are two great tragedies in life, not getting what you want (Jax, stresshog) and getting in (defenders). I'm not sure if there's a word for having the same feeling as you while experiencing something totally different, but i'm doing that.

@Hiemfire relevant to you too. A few others have noted that the 200 is the easiest way to determine that. I'm not even sure there's a way to determine just by glancing at the numerical scoresheet if you can determine weather or not a game had a clean resolution just by glancing at point differential, especially in a half points world.

Who doesn't want to read a small novel to field the cheapest ships in the game?
My separatist plan had always been to let someone else figure it out, architecture is overrated, why build the building when you can wait and live in it for free

But I'm very curious as to how OP will handle the Vipers.
Points jack would be.... unwieldy.
Official crack down on "fortressing" could be really tricky on this one.
At which maneuver or B.roll do they decide you are "delaying engagement"?
The first? The second?
I agree with Paul that as a TO, you can simply make a judgement call and move on, but on paper, it's messy.
We have judges especially for situations when things are unclear, humans are employed to use their judgement when a flow chart will not be able to adequately resolve the situation at hand.

”I’m pretty sure you meant to go the other way, right? Go ahead and do that.”
surely you were punished for your hubris with a defeat

We still have the Wisconsin discord up, and the Milwaukee area is slightly above life support if you're willing to make the trek. Not sure where madison is at.

What's the difference? Same job really...you get up, you get on the phone, you meet your clients, you discuss a fair price, you make a delivery, and receive payment. Sounds boring...but it's not...it's just...simple. I'm doing what men have been doing for thousands of years. Trading one thing for another. Maybe it's you who wants to attach morality to it...make it evil? Insane... People are working gun factories in Belgium or the States...they're unionized, right? You think kids making radios in Bangladesh pull down fourty grand a year on a fourty hour week? You start thinking too much about morality...THAT's insane...
I'm so proud right now. Another option would be "not a good person, just never had to be otherwise"
@Brunas please put "attacks both fast and strong" and "Not the Alpha X-Wing intergalactic loremaster 2000 until defeated"
