Myszaq36 got a reaction from jbudd in Dune.
I heard about Dune board game but never played it.
I watched the movie but didn't read books YET I like Dune's Universe.
After playing Rex I realize how great the original game must be. I made some research about the original game and now I am preparing 2 PnP copies of Dune (for me and my friend). So THANK YOU FFG for introducing REX - I would never buy this game (since it is not Dune) but it gave me a perspective how great and thematic original Dune game is !!
I personally thing that original Dune game is a goldmine. The question is who will be able to get that licence Most of my friends would buy Dune without hesitation. Even while playing Rex we are using Dune's terminology instead of Rex (spice instead of influence, Shai Hulud instead of "small bombardment", Storm instead Dreadfleet, name of factions etc.). Having that thematic is no less important than mechanics - it has to work together. Hopefully I will have my PnP copy made so I will be able to enjoy the mechanic AND thematic of the original Dune game

Yep. If he's a monster, and there isn't any text that says "he can't perform attacks for any reason," that should work.

Looks legal to me.

Myszaq36 reacted to any2cards in Oath of the outcast - Enc. 1 - Monster picking up an urn - is it action ??
Assuming the urn is an objective token, I would tend to think you would have to spend an action to pick it up. Since nothing is specified in the quest rules, I would fall back to the base rules, page 15, which states:
Carrying Objective Tokens Certain quests allow heroes or monsters to pick up objective tokens. Figures may pick up these objective tokens by performing a special action while adjacent to or in the same space as the objective token ..... A figure can drop an objective token in an adjacent space by performing an action. -
Myszaq36 reacted to Charmy in LoR Finale 1 - Endless Night: Ariad + Elemental Stons + Hexer: Feel Command
Because the quest book describes the bonuses that Ariad gets from the elemental stones as "abilities" then I would say yes. Monster abilities are not like hero skills. The stones are essentially adding additional text fields to Ariad's monster card, and those are traditionally available to all who control that monster.
If the Hexer uses "Fel Command" on Ariad, they will have access to all of these bonuses.
On an unrelated note, "Feel Command" sounds like something a succubus or incubus would use
