  1. Are we limited to wave 1 only or are spoiled cards allowed? (Unsure if vassal has been updated with them)

  3. Well since it's mostly video tutorials/demo's it's hard to say "Try and get guests on". Hope they show off more from Wave 2 and do something on that?
  4. A list I really like and have ran to success a few times is: Prototype A-wing, Refit, Thrusters. Jake Farrel, Proton Rockets, VI, PTL, Title, Thrusters. Rookie X-wing Tarn Mison, R7, Stealth device. Comes in at 99 points. I know I know, "Stealth Device on an X-wing?!" Yes but when you (hopefully) have them reroll 3/4 damage down to 1 or 2 that extra green can come in handy!
  5. Dear FFG, For alt art cards for ships (and/or squadrons) can we get them double sided such as: Ship: AF2 A one side and AF2B other side, or Vic 1 and Vic 2. Squadrons: Tie fighter one side, Howlrunner/Mithel otherside. I know it means you have less overall to print to fill out future OP Events but it'd be nice to have the choice, I have a ton of Neb-B Escort Frigate Alt arts, but mostly run Support refit variants
  6. I'd almost say drop 1 Neb to upgrade the rest with X17's.

Wave 2 has probably been delayed due to the same reason as X-wing wave 8 - Episode 7 stuff they cannot speak of, which is "on the water" Now I don't know if that means on the boat (if it does then we might see stuff as early as Sept with the rest of Episode 7 toy reveals) which would be awesome.
  8. I run them in a list like this: Assault Frigate MK2 B, X99 Turbolasers, Paragon Neb B Support (cheaper one) with Dodonna Neb B support with X17 Turbolasers and Salvation. Neb B support with X17 Turbolasers 2 x A-wing. Neb's (usually) go first to strip shields with X17's Preferably across front and a side hullzone or if you think you can push some crit's to the hull then go for it! Then the Whale opens up and drops those X99 double crit's and fishes for the double damages or some other ones to mess with people. I will sometimes go with Whale first if I have a nice double arc shot that I could potentially lose out on, especially if I have concentrate fire for a command, 2 black dice on 2nd attack really hurts! A-wing's are literally just there to slow down enemy Squadron blob's be it Fel/advanced or Rhymer Balls. As long as A-wing's can delay for 2 rounds I should have enough rounds/hull left to push off the remaining enemy ships and win. Keep Neb's at Speed 1 with a Nav token and try to plan in a Nav command for when the enemy get close and jump up 2 speeds, if you can't finish them with your frontal arcs, finish them with your rear!
  9. I wish I could of been there to give my Fleet a run. 296 points as Rebels with 3 Neb B's Two with X17's one with Salvation, third naked with Dodonna, 2 A-wings and a Space Whale with X99's and Paragon.

    Hera PS 7?

    My guess is Kanan will allow that if anyone as in the lore he has been with Hera the longest, still unsure how Seb or Sabine came aboard but the book "A New Dawn" gives a lot more back story to Kanan and Hera, altho with him being a Jedi we'll most likely get something more "force" based such as dice or stats altering in someway. (Vader 2 actions, Luke/Palp both changing dice)

  12. I agree, I play Rebels and am all in to More ships/more dice rather than squadrons, if you can one or two turn kill ships who needs to bother vs squadrons? As once you topple that last ship you win! Throw a few A-wings their way to tie them up for at least a turn to buy yourself time!
  13. Depends on how much you want to run squadrons. A List I prefer is: A-wing's to run in and slow swarms when they get to range of any of my ships (mainly there to stop rhymer blobs) While the rest focus one ship at a time and usually 2 turn kill most things, including VSD's. If I can get all front arcs from Neb's on and (hopefully) 2 arcs or at least the side arc of AF2 in. Drawing top 4 cards and looking for a double damage is huge, especially when you get to do it twice with the AF2 and potentially any extras from the Neb's.   14. That Imp List looks very squish to 4/5 Rebel ship builds. Ignore the fighters and just smash the Ships to victory. I run this atm as Rebels. It chews through VSD's and barely bat's an eyelid at Glads unless there are 4 of them. Neb's weaken up the front/one side hullzone then the Frigate pounds it. A-wing's because I like A-wing's and they can be used to delay enemy fighter/bomber swarm.   15. 296 point Rebel, Go first. Assault Frigate MK2 B, X99 Turbolasers, Paragon Neb B Support (cheaper one) with Dodonna Neb B support with X17 Turbolasers and Salvation. Neb B support with X17 Turbolasers 2 x A-wing. Objectives: Hyperspace Assault, Most wanted, Intel Sweep. Had a 10-0 and a 9-1 with this and a 3-7 but due to last roll of dice and flew badly that game. Focus fire on your ships and most likely with good rolls one or two turn kill both, as I did this on Sunday vs 2 very similar fighter heavy lists, I use A wings to slow your bombers down for at Least 1 turn. Odds are with Dodonna and 2 face ups from x99 I will draw at least 1 double damage from 8 cards.
  16. Gotta Remember the Neb-B was also a Kuat Yards design and it is mainly a rebel used ship.

  18. I ran: Xizor + VI + Virago title + FCS + Dampeners + Thrusters 5x Pirate (PS1 Z95) To top 16 in the UK Nationals, it's a lot of fun to fly and a lot of dice to throw! Also if you only have 2 Most wanted consider Xizor as above but 4x PS3 Z95 with Feedback arrays. I have tried Xizor as above + 3Z and a Y-wing with ion and title, but the Y-wing more often than not dies first or second round of combat and I don't get my points worth out of it.
  19. X's and B's with Dash? no no no, you want A's and a Z or 3 A's if Mangler Dash.
  20. I am tempted to change the 5 Z out of 3 of the new Rax fighters when they come out, just to see how it runs. Agi is still the same but more firepower per ship.Or see if I can fit 2 Rax 2 Z
  21. I thought as much, just seeing how scummy I can get with "Scum" =P The dream of 4 hit autoblaster Bossk tho Altho a 5 hit HLC Bossk is just as fun.
  22. So say you are attacking with Autoblaster Bossk. You roll 2 hit's and a Crit, they roll an evade to evade the crit. Because the attack hit's can you then cancel that crit to add 2 hits? You have rolled a Crit and it is also an attack that hits. The wording also does not say "you may use one of your uncancelled crit results to add 2 hits"
  23. Well it is chasing a B-wing in the picture so if that is anything to go off it'll be good vs low Agi? Altho I'd like to see something good vs high agi targets, especially due to the range 2 restriction.
  24. Well we know it's 3 Dice, Range 2 Only. 3 Points. And requires a target lock to fire. My guess is If the attack hits cancel all evade results and deal full damage rolled.
  25. What I plan to do is drop 1 pirate and up the rest to PS3 and add feedback array to all of them.
