My original group bought an E-9 Explorer, not just because it was practical but because they found the shape hilarious. It was all I could do to talk them out of calling it the Space D***. They finally accepted the Money Shot as an adequate substitute.
Also, a player who joined us later is an outlaw tech/slicer. His ship is the Crash Override.

    Original trilogy only for me.
The "clone" in Clone Wars refers to an army of Dark Jedi clones who started off abducting/assassinating individual Jedi Knights before amassing a large enough army to start invading entire planets. Obi-Wan meets Anakin Skywalker, a full-on adult starfighter pilot for the Republic, notices he is strong in the Force, and just as he says in ROTJ "took it upon myself to train him as a Jedi".

My head canon includes most the actual "rebel" stuff, and bits and pieces from Jedi lore (Inquisitors yes, mortis no).
I prefer red lightsabers to be artificial rather than tainted, and an important headcanon to me is that stormtroopers are elite heavy assault forces, and not a bunch of idiots getting tricked by a kid.
For regular day to day imperial suppression, I let my players deal with imperial infantry (like the ones seen in Solo). Stormtroopers mean trouble, death troopers mean make your peace with the force.

This is brilliant. You could also add Proven Expertise or Maker's Mark from Fully Operational, Pg. 95.

I know it's not an "era" sourcebook, but I'd love to see something for the core worlds/Imperial strongholds in the same manner as Suns of Fortune and Lords of Nal Hutta (or the exact opposite of Strongholds of Resistance). You could call it something like "Heart of the Empire' and include planets/systems where Imperial control is at its peak, not just Coruscant, but also places like Balmorra and Fondor. Throw in some named NPC's for certain worlds and regions, a couple of modular encounters, perhaps even a description or specialization for players who want to be affiliated with the Empire, and you'd have a book I'd buy so hard it would damage the game store's cash register.

A fringer in my group had previously been kidnapped and tortured by an Imperial officer. After a few games, the group killed a bounty hunter the officer had employed to go after him, tricked the officer into coming to the planet to collect his prey, and ambushed him. The fringer (who fights with a vibroknife) took a lot of strain in a struggle with the officer, and though the player had scored a number of successful hits, he was still about to pass out. The officer, on the verge of death, used what he thought would be his ace in the hole: Scathing Tirade. If it worked, the player would pass out from strain, and the officer could use him as a hostage to avoid being killed by the rest of the players. Made the roll, and it failed with a Despair.

So the officer looked the fringer in the eyes, prepared to say something devastating, and instead coughed up blood with his last breath.

Looks like Fly Casual may end up being delayed by the west coast shipping dispute.

If there were only some way of getting the shipment through in a manner that avoided the bureaucracy. I don't even know what we would call something like that.

Was looking over some things in the tool, just noticed that the Fusion Cutter in AoR is listed as Vicious 3, and the character tool lists it as Vicious 1.

Obviously this isn't a big deal because the character tool is so amazing overall, but y'know.

SlickAWG got a reaction from Jamwes in Help my character realize he is force sensitive.
A lot of good suggestions here. Mine would be to introduce a short-lived force sensitive character in hiding. Someone who can take the player aside and say, "I know what you can do, and I can do it, too. Just make sure you keep it a secret." Have this character start to explain the nature of the Force, or perhaps just be someone old enough to remember the era of the Jedi, but before the scenario ends they either A) flee the area/planet, giving the player a quest to track them down and learn more, or B) die, leaving the player with a basic understanding of their potential but no specific route to advance their powers.

Side note: I like how you're choosing to play your FS character. My group has a Smuggler with Sense who just thinks he's really lucky, and a Politico with points in Influence who believes he's just naturally persuasive. Neither of them have any clue what the Force is yet, or even that someone else in the group can use it too.

Personally, I prefer the current symbol with the X in the box, although before this feature was added, I was manually drawing a minus sign and a setback die next to the existing Dice Pool images. I like your version better, but perhaps a minus sign could help people see that the setback is to be removed from skill checks.

Yeah, mostly what Agatheron said. The NPC's you go up against are really experienced, and I feel like my team has to really work well together (which they currently don't do) in order to pull it off. Aside from the NPC's, there are just a number of difficult checks to be made to gather information or accomplish other goals.

It's funny, each of my players will have something to do and specialize in, but I don't know that they're skilled enough in their respective professions to make it work. For example, we have a Pilot, but is he a good enough Pilot? Same for the Slicer and others. The scenario really makes it seem like it's for a team of professionals, and right now my group is still half the players trying to talk the other half out of carelessly killing random NPC's to rob them and take their ship.
