So PS 10 PTL Soontir or PTL intensity Soontir is the worst monster this can create?

Would it break anything? Would it give the phantom a chance to do somthing than decloak at PS9?

This ruling and the double decloak off advanced sensors and I think we're close to making SPA work!
ACD has always been the phantoms problem.

The U-wing is so close to viable that it's hard to figure out exactly why it isn't.
I'm 99% sure that +1 hull and removing the "telegraph it" aspect of Pivot Wing would make it viable, but I'm only 75% sure it wouldn't be too much.
The first few waves I was waiting for them to do "long" and "wide" bases. So many ships would do better with those and they would certainly fly much differently even if they had the same dial as other ships.

With the inevitability of Kylo Ren's FO/interceptor inbound, that feels like a great time to include an imperial interceptor buff. Yes, I know it could just as well be the FO/Advanced; I'd be ok with that too and the same fix (but Vader would get silly- and I'm ok with that x2).
Would "Interceptor Test Pilot" break the interceptor? Primarily Fell/Jax of course. It would also have the very nice and very needed benefit of getting Lorrir, Kir, and Wrath an EPT.
So what's the worst, and by that I mean best, thing you can do with 2 epts on an interceptor ? Would "if this adds a second EPT icon you may only spend up to 2pts" type clause keep it in check? What if it's actually an Advance/FO and we're worried about Vader, Juno, and co?
Also, would the worst thing, and by that I mean the best thing, be enough to make either of those ships viable in today's META?
And, finally, at least this means we'll never get the Avenger! In fact, "Avenger Prototype Pilot" would be the perfect nod.

Not really a hint. We've known the Empire won't have the best ties for a long time. They'll be yellow but they'll probably be 10pts since they are Scum.

Even the developers said the aggressor was bland! They planned it that way.
And that they wanted to do the Scurrg so of course it's the best of the set.

I hope it's Kylo (that helps old interceptors), resistance Awings, resistance bomber, and a Tie Reaper (w/ a thing that helps strikers bomb).

2pts cheaper than an ATC tempest and not harder hitting, same better than 2 dice attack but the tempest restriction isn't every round and not always shut off by kturn; not tougher, shield to Hull, 3 AG native and more likely to be modified, and evade action.
4 tempests and backstabber are about as cheap, just as tough, and have just as many "3 dice attacks".

I'm pretty sure the numbers have said that LWF aggressor is still less durable than a Ywing. Not arc locked is fine but when arc locked much worse. Less durable and less damaging than a Ywing isn't a good sell. And PS 4 isn't a late game power piece.
He does get an EPT. Missiles and maybe even turrets might keep getting better so there is combo potential in the future: LW+LWF is solid already. I might even try that next.

He's the best of the bunch as far as I've tried so far. To get it to proc with your primary you're banking on having arc; very BTLA y-wingy but far less damaging since you have to miss. That's better than a HWK but worse than a Y-wing... still not sold.

So, again, plays exactly like the HWK but 1 dice better primary isn't a glowing review. Things in today's meta that dive into range 1 don't typically care if your primary weapon value is 1 or 2- they either kill you before you shoot, aren't in your arc, or want to be in your arc so they get even better defenses.

Not making the cut at Worlds isn't really anything special and kind of making my point for me. Unconventional lists that no one sees coming and haven't practiced against DO make the cuts at Worlds, and go much higher (see Kwing or Sable's bombers, or Jan+ Han...) when they're good.
No one is saying they aren't tough. Tough as what? Tie advanced with system of choice. 2+,3,2,3 and similar dial but access to the evade action sounds pretty similar at about the same cost without locked in actions and fully modified offense and defense. Would 5 tie advanced take the world by storm?

2 attack, which you aren't using because of secondary weapons.
BR which you are not using unless you like unmodified offense and defense and lack that crew slot to fix your action economy issues.
Infinitely better dial than the HWK is a given! Is it good enough to "make up some points" on the ship? No.
And the pilot abilities are, much like the rebel HWKs, awesome in theory, but require you to spend more to get them to work on an already bad frame.
It might have more options than the HWK but builds and plays the same.

WAY back in the day folks tried a few scimitars added in for the extra hp in a howl swarm. Mixed results. Pretty much the same here if you assume howl reroll and saving the focus for Defense 1/2 the time you'll get better offense and defense on a marginal frame with no end game outside of "outjoust then outfly".

Unguided rockets are not good. 10pts worth of them doesn't change that. They are better* but being slightly better than a bad option or no option isn't the same as a good option.

Title- bombing mission: you must have either the torp or bomb icon. Add one bomb slot to your upgrade bar. Once per round, when another friendly ship drops a bomb token you may also drop a bomb as a free action. You may drop more than one bomb in a round but only once per opportunity.
would make deathrain and death fire actually deaths and higher PS bombers worth a bit more

I think the Firespray on wide would be cool too but that makes the aux arc really weird...and way harder to hide in!
