  1. Okay. I didn't want to bump them too far, because that wouldn't be fair to the other players. That sounds good. Thank you for responding!
  2. I'm a relatively new GM, having previously run a few Deathwatch sessions. I have a fairly steady group, though sometimes players can't make it. If the players start to lag behind in levels, do you allow them to bump up or do you make them work for it? How about if the characters are 5th Rank, and a new character comes in. Do you bump that new character up to 5th Rank or make them work it? I'm curious as to how GM's handle this situation, as it has arisen in my group's D&D campaign and I believe it will happen in my Dark Heresy sessions. Thanks all!
  3. Thanks so much for the replies. Its very much appreciated.
  4. Awesome. I appreciate the responses. One last question. Has anyone tried running an acolyte with a deathwatch team? I know I'd be seriously underpowered compared to the marines but I think it would be fun. Does anyone have any experience with this?
  5. Thanks so much for the quick replies! Are the interrogators introduced in Ascension?
  6. I apologize if this is in the wrong place. I have the Dark Heresy Core book coming soon and I plan on getting the Ascension book eventually. I would like to start out at the very beginning and eventually make it up to the rank of Inquisitor through Ascension. The question I have is can any class from Dark Heresy Core go the route of Inquisitor once I hit Ascension point (rank 8?)
