  1. Has anyone seen the teaser for Warhammer Quest: Silver Tower? The 16 second teaser on Youtube says in stores May 21. The odd thing is It only carries the Games Workshop Logo and Copyright information. Has GW taken this product back or will this game continue in both card game and miniatures format?
  2. Android is all FFG (or so it appears from the copyright info)
  3. In 1988 R. Talsorian Games released an RPG called CyberPunk. A second Edition was released in 1990 called CyberPunk 2020. The setting was licenced to Wizards of the Coast in 1996 for a CCG. WotC focused the new game on the character role (class) of "Netrunner". R. Talsorian still retains the rights (as noted on each Android: Netrunner package) and I'm sure as a role playing game company, they would need to be at least a partner in any RPG using a Netrunner class.
  4. I took the announcement of "The Worlds of Android" as them saying there will not be an RPG. It looks like an RPG sourcebook so I feel they were working on one, but I would have to assume that the RPG rights for Netrunner are owned by R.Talsorian Games and no agreement could be reached. Not wanting to put out an Android RPG that could not use Netrunner, they just put out this instead.
  5. Grand LAN Gaming Center, 56 Division Ave NE Grand Rapids MI, will be hosting the Lord of the Rings Fellowship event! This will be Saturday November 14, at 1:00PM. Seats are limited, so please contact the store or me to reserve a spot. If you are in the area, I hope to see you there!
  6. Each Discipline lists an Activation Time, which the rules don't otherwise mention. What is Activation Time? Is it just the focus time of the basic Technique? If not, What is the difference between Activation Time and focus time?
  7. Netrunner started as a roleplaying game. That is where the R. Talsorian Games comes from in the copyright notice. They put out an RPG called Cyberpunk, which had a character class called Netrunners. When Wizards of the coast licenced the game to make a collectable card game they used the class name as the title. When Fantasy Flight Games relicensed it they brought it into their Android universe. Cyberpunk is still available. I bought it a couple of months ago, but I haven't played it yet.
  8. The issue isn't really that it is "not good", it's that they made a suggested deck with 49 cards using an ID with a minimum 50 card build. Alongside with a Corp deck with too many Agenda points.
  9. I'm surprised how people miss that. I catch it in deck checks every so often.
  10. First thing I noticed when I opened my box. They have never been good decks, but this was the first one that wasn't even playable.

  13. I have been searching the internet for a timeline like this! I have tried to make one, but as I don't own everything it has been difficult. Does anyone have updates on where things released in the last 16 months fit?
  14. Has anyone seen the draft rules posted anywhere yet?
  15. You can't target ice. You can only target cards in a remote server. Ice is not "in" a server. Only Agendas, assets and upgrades can be placed in a remote server. (exception Awakening center. The ice on awakening center can both be trashed by singularity and tokened by Queen's Gambit)
