2x Uniques in new 2.0 Coreset

I just took a closer look at the New Coreset.
What is the reason for putting 2x Night Beast, 2x Iden Versio and 2x Valen Rudor in the coreset ?
This does not make any sense ? why not make one of each and then put more generics ? This is basically a waste of Cardboard.?!
And probably waste of more money than necessary?
