  1. Because it is oh so easy to tell which is the front on the ship, especially since the ship is piloted and once was built exclusively for a droid. Droids don't necessarily need windows. yeah but primary thrusters don't usually point forward. You never know, Hound's Tooth has primary thrusters pointing upwardsI hate that design too. Seriously, isn't it obvious that the big bar engines behind the cab are where it's propulsion come from, the big chimneys are obviously exhausts from it's generator.
  2. Why do people say this... It's obviously not a Star Trek ship. Due to the way warp fields are generated ... I guess I didn't watch it as closely as others, though. I have a friend that is working on the Star Trek roleplaying game, we have spent a while discussing really obscure details... But did you ever wonder why the Romulan Warbird looked so weird.
  3. The name Shadowcaster sounds like a Decepticon to me. Better keep an eye on it. looks like a decepticon to me... it even comes in purple..
  4. Why do people say this... It's obviously not a Star Trek ship. Due to the way warp fields are generated all ships in Star Trek have an empty area between the nacelles where the warp field is generated. This ship the warp field would be generated right in the middle of it tearing the ship apart.... So obviously not a Star Trek ship...
  5. I really don't think it's a straight line graph. 2 is generally, not great fire power, 3 is most militrary ships, 4 is exceptional firepower. number of lasers doesn't necessary equal firepower, rate of fire, energy per shot all will have an effect. The Phantom was a lot more advanced ship so could have had faster recharge or more power per shot. The B-Wing and Defender both got cannon options.
  6. Not at all.. think of it this way, what if the spectator got the rule wrong, or the players thought it played differently. It would throw out the whole game while people checked rulebooks and argued over the rule. This could cause one player to forget what they were doing or run down the game time causing one player to not get time to win.
  7. I mean how could people vote this beauty as the 5th worse looking ship... It's such an awesome model to paint, so much room for details
  8. I think Pilot Skill 8-9 should really be reserved for the very best... Wedge, Soontir... I think Han Solo may even be pushing it at PS 9 and even Vader wasn't as good as Soontir.
  9. That is quite well represented by his pilot ability though.
  10. You do tend to guess 'zero' chance on the odds though which is pretty movie canonical. What do you mean, he spurred on Hans. Because Hans wanted to prove that condescending gold prick wrong.
  11. Saying that, acceleration has little to do with top combat speed.
  12. Because it is oh so easy to tell which is the front on the ship, especially since the ship is piloted and once was built exclusively for a droid. Droids don't necessarily need windows. yeah but primary thrusters don't usually point forward. You never know, Hound's Tooth has primary thrusters pointing upwards I'm pretty sure those are exhausts for the reactor. And the main thrusters are the horizontal lines behind the cab.
  13. Pursuit Lasers upgrade came with the Lamda. TBH the ones on the rear are not the same as the ships main lasers. The Slaves main battery could traverse to the rear. The A-Wing has a much better argument for a rear arc.
  14. The B-Wing does have the cannon slot.
  15. This. Plus, you have the debate on its size. not really if you watch the cut scenes from the game it's obvious that the size is right, they made a mistake in one of the old RPGs that kept getting propagated. Exceptional maneuverability and no K-turn! heck even Punishers can do that! I don't mind the 1 attack dice, just fix the dials . TBH watching the videos I wouldn't say it's A-Wing level... I would say better than a Y-Wing though... so yeah...
  16. Also Cannons are priced to fire every turn. Ordnance only fires once normally, so you are paying some of that price on Ordnance Tubes to get to fire the missiles/torpedoes more than once. It's like a much better version of Extra Munitions.
  17. I do agree with Corran Horn and Tycho never being released in the X-Wing as well as the A/E-wings. But hopefully one day we will get them in a Rogue Squadron pack.
  18. Also the Arc-170 really doesn't have Firepower 2... because it's designed to have the title.

  20. I always assumed it was because he never travelled without at least 4 guards. https://youtu.be/Oxw5WPRzUOE?t=17s
  21. You mean the Banshee, her canonical ship which never made it into the CW due to it being folded up before they finished the episode, but which did make it into the novels? http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Banshee_(starship)
  22. Yeah there might be a window for them being on the ship. But I'm sure they would FAQ it, or Errata that one line, so that you couldn't use stress to pay for cards
  23. TBH as a Huge ship can't get stress I'm sure they would rule that you couldn't use cards that had stress as part of their cost, so no Zuckuss. It would be similar to the ruling on Soontir and Yorr, the rules on huge ships would cancel the stress gain so the whole card would fizzle.
